It was exactly what I was looking for and it arrived faster than expected. You will need 2 people to put your loved ones ashes in. The funnel is paper and someone will have to hold the necklace while someone else holds the funnel and puts ashes in.
I had a week to get everything done for my grandmas memorial service. I purchased her urn online on Sunday hoping it would make it on time by the following Saturday. I didn't receive a confirmation email so I had called the number listed on the website. I spoke with an associate and she mentioned that it may have gone to spam. We also talked about if my urn would arrive on time & it wasn't going to! So she advised me to purchase the faster shipping & the urn arrived the next day. I'm so glad I didn't receive an initial email because then I wouldn't have been inclined to call customer service, there for, I wouldn't have updated the shipping. The associate was nice & helpful, the urn arrived quickly & it was beautiful. I hope I don't have to purchase another urn soon but if I do then I will definitely use Perfect memorials.
Was easy to order and received quickly. Product great quality and engraved perfectly. My Aunt was cremated and her ashes were buried with her husband and cemetery will not let another stone be added. So this way we will be able to mark her grave simply but beautifully.
The fact that my dad passed away on 2/19/20 still isn't real to me, i'm not sure how long it will feel this way but it hasn't changed.
Ordering this necklace gave me butterflies i was so excited. I'm so happy i get to hold him so close to my heart. (you have to let the glue dry for 24 hours so be prepared to not wear it for that following day) I hope to get the Large teddy bear urn in the near future. A big thank you to perfect memorials.
I bought a weeping angel urn for my mother's ashes, as she was in love with the statue when seen at a family cemetery. I could not LOVE this urn more! It's absolutely fabulous! The detail is exquisite and the angel has a very detailed face/body! The color is perfect! I know there is a person on here who says it was too green... well I'm here to say it's not it's perfect!

The site was very user friendly. The display on site were the exact same when received. This was a very difficult time for me and as I browsed the site I was able to find the perfect urn and design to fit my father's legacy.
The size of this is perfect for my home and decor not to large but not tiny either. I added pictures to show the true color cuz the online photos don't show how red/maroon it truly is but I love it. The detail and the engraving was all perfect. I received it within days of ordering. Highly recommended and will use them again.
The urns were reasonably priced, and are absolutely beautiful. Good quality materials, and they arrived quicker than expected. I even received a phone call to make sure I received the example of the engraving. 10/10 would recommend
Great products, I ordered my husband's urn with a motorcycle on top with picture of my husband along saying & dates on front. Back has a poem. I also ordered 5 necklaces with charms. I received everything in a timely manner. Very friendly, helpful & polit workers. (It's not put together yet)
I ordered an urn and was very satisfied. I ordered a cremation necklace secondly. I was a little dissapointed. The engraving on front you can hardly see. I had extra engraving done on back which is very clear. 8 glued it as direction's read. After a day it is loose again. I am afraid to wear it because I don't wan't to lose my dad's ashes. Other than that it was a beautiful piece. Wish I had ordered a different one where you could see the engraving on front. I still adore this company. I will order again... The engraving show's it to be very clear but it's not..
