My husband love his product. But I was very disappointed with mine. It was my first time order this kind of thing and I was really unhappy with it in the end. The only reason I bough his was because it was in our price range.
My family had a rough time with the passing of our beloved Lolita... I ordered a custom urn as her final resting place. I couldn't have asked for anything better in regards to quality, price and expediency. It was better than I imagined, spelling was perfect, considering it was in Spanish. They shipped the next day even though I didn't pay for the expedited shipping. It was a small kindness that was truly appreciated. I'm thankful to this company in our time of need. Would highly recommend.

The plaque was beautiful and it arrived promptly, within three days of placing the order. I was impressed because usually personalized orders usually take longer.

Received my large butterfly urn for my wife and found it to have several chips and scratches, call customer service and got a pleasant young man who said he would get another urn out to me right away. In a few days there was the replacement urn in perfect condition. I was very pleased with their service and I'm sure my late wife would be too. Great service!
They sent me someone else's urn for their loved one recently passed. And promised me a 2 day replacement that never arrived and all they said to me was to contact FedEx. The nerve of a customer care rep and to make me inconvenienced for a careless mistake on their part. I do not recommend using this company. You might end up with the wrong product and your loved one still not resting peacefully.

We entirely agree that the mix-up in products you received with your order is unacceptable and we take full responsibility for that error. It is never our intention to cause frustration for any of the families we serve. A new urn was engraved and shipped out to you right away when you called with two-day FedEx delivery. We received a call from you at 5:30pm the day the delivery was set to be made, yesterday, and you mentioned that you were needing to leave the business you were at and the urn had not arrived. Unfortunately, FedEx does not provide small time windows or options for us to select for when a delivery will be made, it is until 8pm local time on any given day. The driver attempted delivery at 6:30PM on 12/19, however as mentioned, the business was closed. The package is on the delivery truck for delivery again today. As it was, the package may be delivered up until 8pm local time this evening. In most cases, you may be able to contact FedEx to get a time window for delivery but due to the holiday season they are not guaranteeing any time windows. We do sincerely apologize for the problems and frustration this has caused and recognize this to be a undesirable process. We have issued a full refund on your order to the payment method used for the purchase. We do hope that the driver will be able to deliver the package to the provided delivery address today so you may receive your memorial. If you should have any other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. Thank you.
Ordered 2 cremation pendants. They came in under a week. One was accidentally engraved wrong, and when I contacted them to let them know, they corrected the problem within an hour, the correct one was sent out next day, and again I received it a few days later. Zero hassle, excellent customer service, and actually really nice pendants!

In reviewing your order notes, it appears there was some confusion on the delivery of the package at the crematory indicated on your order. After investigation with FedEx and the crematory themselves, the package was delivered to the correct address, however, was received and signed for by someone at a printing company housed in the same delivery address. The crematory contacted us back after we spoke to them and FedEx on several calls to confirm the urn was in hand and safe. Once the package is shipped from our warehouse, the delivery is completed by FedEx and we must rely on their resources and local contacts (the crematory) to resolve any delivery problems. It is and was our intention to ensure this was addressed as quickly as the process allowed and we are pleased to hear that the crematory was able to find the package at their sister tenants location. We are again very sorry for the frustration and confusion in this matter. If you should have any further questions or concerns, please do let us know. Thank you.
