This was the hardest website to navigate. This was a gift for my mother and I ensured that the correct shipping address was entered but I ended up receiving it My guess is that using Amazon Pay is what screwed up the order. Now I have to pay to ship it to her.

I'm very satisfied with the urn we chose for my cousin. Though I paid a little extra to have a copy of the wording before it was engraved, but it was worth it. I was very appreciative of them calling to make sure everything on the order was correct. I had numerous phone and email follow ups. I was even more impressed with the time I ordered to the time I receiving it, especially during this difficult time.
My only critic is, I would've liked to have my own option on the back engraving and not the ones provided.
Used this company for a coach gift. They did a phenomenal job! The quality of the picture and engraving was beautifully done. It was not too expensive which was much appreciated. I will definitely use them again when needed!

I ordered 2 necklaces for my grieving best friend and her husband who lost their fur baby of 11 years. The necklaces arrived the same day they picked up the cremations which I felt was perfect timing. However, the artwork on the back of the necklace was incorrect. It was supposed to be a paw print. I called and spoke with a gentleman in customer service, he apologized for the mistake and asked if I could please email a picture as well. Upon receiving my email, within minutes they replied back they would remake the necklaces and I received the replacements that same week! I'm very pleased with the customer service and their prompt response. A little compassion goes a long way and it definitely made a difference. I highly recommend Perfect Memorials. Thank You!

I decided to finally place an order for an urn that was perfect for my mom. Long story short I chose one I absolutely loved and one I truly felt like she deserved. What I got was indeed absolutely perfect. However, if I had anything to dislike at all I would have to say it is the way the plaque's are not put on. I thought they would come already attached to the urn, but they were not (they came seperate in a manilla envelope). Which wasn't awful. But I do feel like for the amount of money I paid for the addition of the personalized plaque's, they should have come already attached and secured to the urn of my choice. With that being said, the plaque's are perfect and exactly what I chose to be engraved, but I feel like the "sticky" adhesive on the back of them, was not worth what I put into them. I feel like they should have a glue of some sort. Or something better that sticky as an adhesive for something so dear. Other than that, I love the piece I ordered and it is perfect. I would absolutely order from them in the future. Just wish they'd either attach the plaque's securely or make a better adhesive or something for them to be put on by the buyer.

I was in search for a urn for my dad I went to alot of different sites until I found perfect memorials I was so confused with all the other sites perfect memorials website is very informative I was able to pick from a beautiful array of urns I wasn't sure on the size but perfect memorials had the information about which size to pick no other site did and I got a pindent with his picture it was beautiful, it was all what I expected everything was on time in a timely manner. I wish I could give them 10 stars and FedEx even called me when they delivered

The product is made of brass as mentioned in the product description on the product page. Brass products are most commonly a light gold color which is consistent to the color of this item. We do our best to ensure product photos are consistent with the product you will received however, we do know that the coloring can vary from screen to screen depending on the device you are using to visit our site.
