I ordered a large custom urn for my father. It was absolutely beautiful! It has custom engraving, so I expected it to take some time to be done and shipped. It shipped the day after I placed my order and arrived less than a week after, with the free standard shipping! I highly recommend Perfect Memorials to everyone. Once we can decide on a pendent, we'll be ordering from them as well.

The necklaces are very good quality, too. And everything I needed to fill & permanently seal the ashes was included, at no extra charge. These pieces are perfect. I cried when I opened them. I purchased this urn to honor my little brother that passed away April 13th. I was impressed with the quality of the urn and the timeliness I received it during the Covid - 19 pandemic. The only thing that would have been nice to have a medium sized cowboy urn.

Just received my jewelry after having it sent directly to the place where my mother's remains were, so they could be filled. Imagine my surprise when only one out of five pieces was engraved. Been crying ever since. Will never order from this incompetent company again.
I added a star because this company gave me a prompt, full refund on my order. Although I would much rather have the jewelry the way I ordered it, I appreciate that they refunded my money.
It was a good experience the website is very structured an easy to navigate. I ordered 4 of the same necklace which was OK. Some of the engraving didn't take on 2 of the cars and the spot to hold ashes is VERY SMALL. Had to keep them all due to my dads ashes returning and needing them. But good site though. Arrived fast ONCE shipped.
