I have purchased two 8x12 Engraved Photo Pet Black Granite Markers for my dogs within the last 2 years. Both times, I have been pleased with the customer service, the timeliness, and the quality of the markers. The engraved pictures of my dogs came out fantastic. I honestly have no complaints, and I have recommended this product to several people.
My moms urn came out BEAUTIFUL. During a really hard time for my family we were able to pick her urn out together and were able to get a beautiful urn at a good price with text on it! Couldn't be happier! It brought me to tears when I opened it and I love the magnet that came with it as a bonus! Beautiful! Was packaged great too for delivery.
I ordered the dog urn for my daughter's beloved golden retriever. I love that you can put a photo of the pet on it. I found two photos, one as an adult and one as a pup and cut them to size and then laminated them. They both fit in the frame with plenty of room. She can choose which to display. I feel it is a well made product. I like the fact that you insert the bag of ashes through the bottom and that it is screwed securely shut. I bought a velvet bag to put the ashes in. My only suggestion is that the extra plastic bag is a little thin. I double bagged the ashes just to make sure they stayed secure. Reasonable price! Order ahead of time-this isn't like Amazon! It took a couple of weeks. I am very pleased to have her in a respectable container rather than the plain box from the crematorium.
It was very hard to get the ashes in the necklace. It was also very cheaply made. I can't even get the chain to latch but they tell you to not sleep with it on or take a shower with it. I wanted something that would stay on me permanently so I could have her with me all the time. I am very disappointed.

I ordered the wooden urn for my recently deceased father. Given the coronavirus pandemic, I was concerned that it wouldn't arrive in a timely manner. I contacted customer service to check on my order's status. Alexis checked on my order and was able to provide me an ETA on the urn's arrival. It arrived in the nick of time, a few hours before the funeral home informed me that my father's ashes were ready. The ashes fit perfectly in the large size. The wooden urn is beautiful, and I'm sure my father would love it. Thank you to Perfect Memorials for making an excellent final resting place for my beloved father. My family is extremely grateful.

It was very beautiful and my mom loved it. I got it for my dad ashes. The color was very vibrant. I would definitely recommend and would buy again.
I've purchased items from them before and it didn't take nearly as long for me to receive my order as it did this time. On top of that I paid for the 3-4 day shipping and that totally was not honored whatsoever. I never received a refund or anything due to the fact they could not honor the shipping. I contacted customer service and only received very vague responses from them and one response was a bit sarcastic. Let's just say, with this experience I won't be using them again.

However, the 3-4 day delivery from the date of shipment was provided and fulfilled. As mentioned, and listed in your receipt, the shipping method you paid extra for is "from the date of shipment", meaning that is the delivery method when the order leaves our building, not the processing time within our building. Of course, we recognize the frustration in this and while we did all we can to fulfill your order as quickly as possible, we are happy to provide partial refund to you of an additional 10% off your order. I wanted to have my mother ashes with me, I bought 2, one for my sister one for me. Yesterday I got the box, it was sooo beautiful packed, and the heart was just what I was looking for, I highly recommend this products, A+
I needed a memorial plaque for my husband's ashes. He had written what he wanted on his urn. Perfect Memorials provided the plaque. I was so happy that it came so quickly and looks lovely. A wonderful job for something very precious to me.
Losing my grandma has been and will remain the hardest thing I've ever endured. I am happy to say that I am beyond happy & grateful for this product. It took me a very long time to order anything like this because I was honestly afraid of the emotions that came with transitioning her ashes... but with the love and care that went into this product, the tears were absolutely worth it. I do wish there could be more characters allowed for each line, but for the cost and absolute quality of this product I have no complaints. I would provide a photo, but I do want to keep this personal between myself and my family.
