My mother recently passed. Her grands and great-grand kids wanted to wear some of her ashes. The selections they made were phenomenal and they are proud to wear them in her remembrance. They promptly mailed the items to the funeral home and the Director put the ashes in each piece of jewelry. The assistance I received in making selections and contact from PM Staff was awesome and eased some of the anxiety I felt. One of the items would have required engraving (longer shipping time). However, a PM Rep assisted me in selecting the same item (without engraving) and refunded the extra shipping charge for that item as my order was going out the very next day to the same location. Thank you so very much for everything!

I had a small issue with my plaque color. After calling the customer service number a new plaque was mailed out to me immediately. I feel the services was very professional, understanding and had no hesitation to my concern. We're all humans mistakes happen and they corrected quickly. I received three days later and that's good timing due to postal's service at this time. Thank you so much for putting the customer first and the plaque is beautiful.

I loved this urn. It was for my dog that has been everywhere and done everything with me. Not a day goes by I don't think of him. I cry when I see pictures or have memories. The urn itself is just beautiful! I know I'll probably catch flak for this but the extra $5 for the proof was a joke. It was something I could've made in MS Paint and sent in as a vector file. I used to engrave 105mm shells for gifts when I was in the Air Force that were much more detailed than this. But honestly that's my only dig. This urn is just gorgeous and is perfect for my CJ. I can't seem to upload pics.

My need for of a beautiful, tasteful urn for my late wife and cremation jewelry for my grandchildren---were spot-on! I filled my order online and really didn't expect much after that. I would like to share my experience I had with perfect memorials they were on time with the 4 items I order & exactly how I wanted them. My experience with phone rep KASEY at 1st was a little tensed but that eased off as soon as we both realized that this is an intense job dealing with different emotions. I could barely get my words out that this young lady stayed on the phone with me for and hour helping me get threw it out and exactly what we wanted. This is my father inlaw whom I'm speaking about the fact my mother inlaw is 80 and my husband was a disaster SHE MADE THIS FEEL SO SPECIAL SO EASY SO RELAXED that my tense feeling went away. My point is that of they can have more reps like her this will be such an easy process for the families that have lost a love one because the love starts from the customer service rep down to thee end. Ty KASEY I am forever greatful for all the help patience and time that you took with me to get my inlaw & husband the special items that they hold close to there hearts! I wanted an urn that would reflect and give honor to my father. He is an Army Veteran,. While in the course of googling I found a lot of sites that offered what I wished for, but the cost or time restraint was not ideal. With PerfectMemorials I found both and more. They offered free inscription, which none of the sites I visited did. I placed my order, got confirmation and the next morning realized I had forgotten an important word. Sent off an emai(before business hours)l to see if I could rectify this matter. They not only contacted me quickly but also were able to help.
