I have purchased several solid oak urns from Perfect Memorials over the years and I have always been pleased until now. The engraving on my most recent purchase was unacceptable. It was barely legible. When I asked the company to redo it, they said their engraving process had changed so it was likely to produce the same results. Why would a company change their engraving process if it produced negative results? I returned the urn for a full refund and purchased another one from another company. I won't be purchasing from Perfect Memorials again.
The cremation necklace I ordered looked so cheap that my niece wouldn't even wear it. It looks like an ugly hunk of pink plastic.
I was looking for an urn that would represent my husband best. Perfect Memorials had the perfect urn - a picture of a golfer in silhouette at sunset. It's perfect and I will enjoy knowing that this urn represents his love of golf while in a beautiful wooden urn.
I purchased an Urn for my fur baby. It was perfect, the etching was done beautifully. I wasn't sure what size to get but the people at Perfect Memorials were very helpful. I received it within a week of ordering it. I will buy again. (I could not get the picture to rotate, hopefully you can see how perfect it is).
I have not received my purchase as yet. Very concerned. It was due 8/3/20. My son passed unexpectedly and wanted to get necklace quickly.

I ordered my mother's pendant from here for an urn I bought separate and it came out better than I expected it had a nice weight to it and was quality.
My father passed away in March. I was looking for something for me and my sister to put some of his ashes in so we could all have a piece of him. I found the fisherman urns and they are perfect. They are just the right size. I couldnt have been happier with my purchase.

My wife and I lost our little angel girl at 4 months 1 day old. She spent her entire life in the NICU. We had never been through a process like this that was solely left to us because of COVID19. We knew we were going to go with cremation so we could have our baby home at least until this pandemic is over and give her the proper family service she deserves. We took a chance a BIG chance ordering from a online source like Perfect Memorials. After finding what we truly knew represented our little girl we personalized it through their site and left a message for them that we needed asap. Paid for two day shipping. Site was as easy as 123. I watched the order and they had it out the next business day and the urn showed up a day and a half later via FEDEX. It was packed appropriately keeping it protected from damage. This company made this portion of this very difficult time of our lives go so easily. Thank you to the company and to all the individual staff that had something to do with my order.
I ordered a doggy urn for my mother's pup that was like her baby and she loved it! The picture came out clear and the quality is excellent! 10/10 recommend do not 2nd guess just buy!
It's hard shopping for a cremation vase for a loved pet. You want to find the perfect one, the one that your pet deserves. When I saw this one I knew that this one was the one. Everyone is different and I can't write a review for what your needs are, but when you see it, you'll know. For me, I wanted something more than just a vase, I wanted something that will keep reminding me of the love we had for years and years too come. This vase is absolutely beautiful and is very well made. Anyways, Im really content with the purchase I made and Im sure you will be too.
I wanted to give my wife something that she could memorialize her beloved Aunt with. She loved the hummingbird charm and says it truly reminds her of her aunt. Ordering was easy, and it was shipped quickly (I did not have it engraved.) Kit comes with it to add ashes and seal charm. I highly recommend for anyone wanting something special to celebrate and hold close a loved one.
I'm still waiting for item, and I'm being asked to review it?! That's not a good idea. Hopefully product is better than the delivery service, and customer service.

I am not a fan of the traditional urns and have been looking for something that was fitting for my dad. This is the perfect urn for my beloved dad. It is well crafted and less costly than what the funeral home was offering. Perfect Memorial has a vast variety of items and their prices are affordable. I am pleased.
Very beautiful product. Easy to fill with my puppies ashes. Love to have her close. My only concern is the piece that holds the pendant on the necklace is very delicate. I really love it though. I searched for something for about a week. This was my favorite.
The urn looks elegant and is a good place to keep my beloved remains. The old English printing engraved on the urn stands out and adds to the elegance.
