I read reviews before I purchased, and all were glowing. Now I know why. My pendant is really prettier than in the pictures. Exactly the right size. Instructions for filling are simple and everything is included to fill and seal. I'm really thrilled with my purchase. Such a wonderful way to take my dear friend with me every day. The engraving is lovely. Overall, really I couldn't be happier.
It was the easiest process. It was quick and inexpensive. The Urn was beautiful and the engraving was exactly what we wanted. It was for my Uncle's Guide Dog and with the engraving he will be able to read it with touching it.

I ordered resin nameplates to commemorate deceased animals at a local animal sanctuary. I was worried about the spacing and the visual appeal but they made it look perfect. It could not have been a better experience and I will be using them again in the futire!
The boxes were beautiful in color. They were engraved exactly as we wanted. And the cost was in line with what we expected to pay.
We couldn't be happier with Pucks urn! Puck was an orange tabby and thats what sits atop it with three lines in memory of the Puckster! Arrived in less than a week its beautiful!
The product did not resemble the one pictured on the site which was considered misleading. And no remedy was offered to rectify the situation despite spending hundreds of dollars on the site. Generally speaking, the products were of quality materials
I am sure my Boyfriend would love his Urn, I realized a couple days later that I put 2002 instead of 2020, I was so upset, u was prepared to buy a new plaque to go on it but they replaced it free of charge!
I placed an order for a large box/pix urn & payed extra to get my order within 3-4 days from getting shipped, it's been 5 days & ive yet to receive my order, don't fall for this extra payment because they lie! I will never order or refer anyone to this place!

The items are cheaper than most keepsakes but the quality is less than I thought they would be. The pictures on the Holding Heart Necklace we're much better than they actually turned out. One of the necklaces broke in half even when we were putting ashes in it, causing us to lose ashes. I wasn't very pleased with my purchase. But It's what I paid for.

I love my keepsake jewelery so much I decided to purchase two additional items to put remains in. One for my self and one for my sister. The site was a bit confusing at first but dealing with a loss of a loved one everything was. Once I was able to gain my composure I was able to add to my keepsake heart with rubies the way I wanted. Wasn't expensive at all very reasonable. When it arrived a few days late but that was due to the post office lack of staff due to COVID-19. Anyway, I love it.
The Urn with my brother's picture came perfect and it does look exactly how I wanted in memory of him. Is never nice to pick an urn for a love one but PerfectMemorials was helpful and delivered in time.
I ordered the medium pewter urn for my sweet puppy that died. He was 17 years old, blind and deaf. I was so devastated that I didn't put Fluff's name as the first line to be engraved. Soon after I placed my order, their staff called me asking me. Their staff are just wonderful! The urn is beautiful!
