It took me 3 times over the course of 6 months to get the subscription cancelled! I kept seeing the charge on my bank account after cancelling online, then trying to cancel through Apple Pay because it was what was used to purchase the trial. When I saw the charge come through this month I was livid. I called them and finally got through an actual person and demanded a refund and immediate cancellation. Don't trust them. Make sure you get a confirmation direct from them you had cancelled otherwise they will continue to charge you their subscription fee monthly hoping you don't catch it and it slips through. Shady bastards with poor business ethics is what they are.

The PDF editor works pretty well, however it is advertised on Google as free (at least for 24 hours in the most charitable reading of the site description). It is not. You can edit your document but the download function is behind a paywall. Luckily, the 14-day trial isn't too much, but then charging over $30/month after that period and hiding it in the fine print, especially when the monthly subscription is only 25, is pretty egregious. Will be sure to cancel soon.
