This site held my document captive for $2.00 because I needed to update an address, by one number, my husband typed in incorrectly on a PDF file. As a former Executive Secretary, I did all the work, you should pay me my going rate of $45.00 and hour.

I was charged for the "free trial". And 1 day before the expiration of the so called "free trial" i tried to cancel, but nothing happened. They automatically charged me a 1 month fee. I tried to contact many times, they said the will issue a refund, and i received a message from them that it was refunded, but for almost 2 months since the day they said they issued a refund until now, nothing. No refund issued. Called my bank they confirmed that no refund transaction from this company found. They just response on my freedback to contact them to resolve the issue but for how many messages i sent no response yet.
