For a not too tech savy person, this is definitively not the app for them. Besides, they double charged my first free trial subscription. Very expensive.

After searching and downloading ONE SHEET of paper and being charged $1.89 -unbeknownst to me there were other documents that weee not easily seen that signed one up for monthly charges- U called back and spoke to a VERY RUDE female who started yelling at me stating I owed the charges- I told her that I wanted to cancel (have proof of email sent to my from PDFS cancelling) then, they billed me 98.00 again- I disputed charges - I am in process of sending all documentation INCLUDING 30 day money back guarantee to Texas Attorney General consumer protection.

I made sure I selected a one-time purchase only, which was the 14-day use.
After the 14 days, you charged 49.95 to my PayPal for a subscription. WHICH I DID NOT AGREE TO. When I tried to get my money back, you refused! Thieves!

I paid $2 to download one pdf and turned out they automatically subscribed me for $40/month.
Don't tell me it's transparent, when they charge me every month, I never receive a invoice nor receipt. Just charge my visa until I found out months later. Such a SCAMP. It is even more expensive than Adobe pdf editor. No not ever give your credit card number to it.
