When I received my order it was missing many parts. Then when I plugged in the unit it would not take a charge. Had to call and get a new battery sent. When I received the second shipment it was still missing a part anf had to call a third time to have it shipped. WOW!
Had to speak with two agents, both dropped the ball. Warren was my savior!
