Excellent. My pc died and I needed a 'new' one to replace it. Come to find out the one I ordered was WAY better than my old laptop! It's essentially a PC, that is upgradeable in nearly every way a PC is! MSATA, 2 RAM dimms, WWAN, I can even replace the dvd drive for a hard drive (with the adapter). So, very happy! Well worth the money! Especially considering originally my laptop that died was 600 and the one I bought refurbished retailed for 1800! Yay! Go deals!

I was looking for replacements for some older style IP phones. I used their chat feature to confirm the newer style phone I was looking at is compatible with my phone system. Their prices are okay for used and refurbished items.

Original pictures showed an HDMI output on the side of the laptop. On arrival an adapter was required and
Needed to be ordered. Not a big fan of adapters.
It was only with difficulty that I was able to get estimates of shipping date and ETA. I had to ask repeatedly for tracking numbers. Order to arrival time was reasonable (11 days order to arrival) but most of that (9 days) was delays from order to shipment. Without the complimentary 2-day shipping, I think I would be very disappointed with the delivery time.

Value for the products is great. The only con is the high cost of shipping for items.
Fast shipping and safe packaging.
Website did not allow me to choose expedited shipping when I went to checkout. Had to contact customer service to get expedited shipping. Had to re-confirm shipment with expedited shipping. Wouldn't accept paypal again, had to use credit card directly. Was told at 1pm it was too late to get shipping out that day. Received a call saying it would be shipped out that day, but was not. Called on Monday to confirm it was being shipped out. I was told it would be. Received a call saying it was still listed under UPS Ground even though I paid for expedited overnight, and was told it would be "upgraded" to 3 day. Had to call back again and confirm I did pay for expedited shipping, and that it would be shipped out that day, and it would expedited overnight.
Ordered a C grade laptop. Customer service contacted me to inform me the C grade didn't pass inspection. They upgraded me to a B free of charge. Delivery was fast. Laptop is great! Thanks again I'll be a return customer.
Wish I had known it needed a display port type cable.

I have always had great product for price.
This Dell 7010 was in great condition, a few scratches but this PC is in a cabinet.
The only thing was that I had to update the BIOS for it to read memory correctly.
When it booted, it showed 2 GB when It should of been 4 gb.
I read the sticker on the stick of memory and it was 4 gb but after I updated to latest BIOS it read the 4gb.
Other than that, It works great.
