Product was clean, and ran decent out of the box even before I decided to make upgrades on it. After upgrades were done it became even more of a worthwhile purchase. My only gripe was the cmos battery was dead upon delivery and I had to change that myself. Other than that it was flawless.
Excellent. My pc died and I needed a 'new' one to replace it. Come to find out the one I ordered was WAY better than my old laptop! It's essentially a PC, that is upgradeable in nearly every way a PC is! MSATA, 2 RAM dimms, WWAN, I can even replace the dvd drive for a hard drive (with the adapter). So, very happy! Well worth the money! Especially considering originally my laptop that died was 600 and the one I bought refurbished retailed for 1800! Yay! Go deals!
