I received the item that I ordered but the color could not be adjusted, the screen was very dark, I and others tried to adjust it but could not. I called your customer service and was given return instructions by e-mail with shipping labels and I returned it by UPS on 07/08/2020 and was told my funds would be refunded.

My cords just arrived this Wednesday so I had to wait a few days before I could turn the printer on as the printer was delivered the Friday before on July 3rd.
