Today I have very bad experience with paytm.com

I have ordered choli in paytm but my transaction was fail and my money will deduct in my account. This is my Paytm order number *******569.

When I have requested to many times in paytm care but not sufficient response to me and still not refund my money. I tired to paytm.

This is not proper way of paytm. Paytm is not success to online shopping website, this is fake website.

Ordered a product from Paytm it's been more than 15 days but I didn't got the order After sending so many mails to customer care they are sending the same reply that your item has been shipped and even their customer care number is not working. Order number *******806. And now they are saying that your order has been cancelled and money has been refunded in your wallet I think this is a conspiracy to just add money to the wallet. And even also they have it hundred rupees less than product ordered.

Very bed site fake update code please other person again not place oder or recharge and bill pay,
Cust care service very bed not pick the call i m 3 transaction but not yet cashback

Worst service by Paytm.

We cannot contact customer care directly for any issues. We have to opt for the call, they will call us if they think and as per there convenience.

I ordered sony headphones from Paytm on 22 Sep 2015, but it has been 6th Oct 2015 now not received my product yet. I have mailed so many times regarding the issue but there was no resolution even after 14 days.

I have not received my product.

This was the product available with higher discount that's why paytm didn't deliver the product to me. (check the photos)

They cancelled my order after 14 days and returned my money after so much follow up only on email. (no customer care service)

Beware of the service provided by Paytm. They are not concerned about the satisfaction of customer.

Paytm review - worst online selling company.

Please do not buy any Home Appliances items through Paytm. Today i had a worst experience with paytm. I bought LG micro oven (it costs around 26 thousand Rupees), They delivered the damaged product to me and see the return policy and limitation.
It is totally waste of my money.

LG technical execute came to my home and opened the packaging seal and found that it is damaged.

They mentioned return policy: Seller will either accept returns or replace the product within a 7 days from date of delivery of the item only in the case of damaged, defective or wrong products received. Orders once placed, cannot be cancelled. Please contact our customer care for assistance on returns and replacements.

And they mentioned "Please do not open the box until the demo/installation personnel is present. This shall help in the rare case of any product defect/damage claims."

Now they told that they won't take return the item that they have delivered. I have lost 26 thousand rupees unnecessarily. I do not know what should i do with the damaged item.

I spoke to the Paytm customer care executive they speak only the return policy time, that is it...

My sincere suggestion is "Please do not buy any electronic item through paytm" they tell only the rules. They do not need customer satisfaction they need only money..

NEVER BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM PAYTM, YOU CAN SAVE FEW BUT THEY SENT USED PRODUCTS AND WHEN YOU RETURN THOSE PRODUCT THE SELLER THROUGH WHICH PAYTM DEAL REFUSE TO ACCEPT THE PRODUCTS AND YOU MAY LOSS MONEY AND PRODUCT TOO. I HAVE MORE THAN 100 MAILS OF PAYTM FORM LAST 1 MONTH BUT THEY SENT YOU SYSTEM GENERATED MAILS IN WHICH THEY WILL SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM WITHIN 48 TO 72 HR AND THEN YOU HAVE TO CALL AGAIN AND SAME NEXT, DEAR PLEASE BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM AMAZON OR FLIPKART AT LEAST THEY NOT DEALS WITH MEDIUM OF DIFFERENT SELLER. AND IF YOU WANT TO BUY OLD USED PRODUCT YOU CAN

Very Poor service no proper update and Team is highly insensitive on CSAT. No delivery update, I didn't get the delivery for 15days and the strange thing is that even PAYTM tean do not know the order status.

People saying PAYTM is competition Amazon which was not real fact and please don not compare with Amazon,, I can bet PAYTM never or ever give service like Amazon.

PAYTM Stands top the table in worst service in-proper info, poor delivery.

I do not have option to go below single star if not i would have. Still i feel giving single star rating for PAYTM is not upto satisfaction

First thing their worst customer support service might break world record or maybe they are at top position for providing worst customer support in the whole galaxy. They don't provide phone support and don't bother responding our emails. But they are good at stealing money.

They blocked my account for no apparent reason ( according to their " terms '' accounts blocked after doing some fraud). I only use paytm crap occasionally and still got banned.
Plus they are not even replying to my any mails. I still have money some left in their magical wallet.

I suggest you to please stay away from paytm unless you want to lose some money. Don't even make recharge of Rs. 10. There are tons of recharge website available and they offer fast customer support and don't block account with huge amount of money left.

On the dawn of 20/9/2015, I was alone waiting on Ernakulam bus boarding point. The bus which I had booked through #paytm. I really did get a reward from #paytm. I was in a way really satisfied with their "service". My bus ticket was not being accepted by any of the bus operators or any travel agents.
Wait wait wait... The ticket never had the name of any bus operator or a travel agent (thats really funny). There were two contact numbers provided to me in a msg from #paytm after my booking. One of them was of the boarding point and another of #paytm helpline. None of them answered my distress call on the former number whereas #paytm help line was busy giving me machined answers which were of no help to me (do any humans work in #paytm? Or is it just the machines?).
I, hail from a different state and Malayalam is something like an alien language to me (no offence to the Malayalis but yes, I dont understand). I was stranded there, looking for some alternative. Being a girl, in a place where u dont understand the vernacular language and no place to stay back or none to contact there, I was worried abt my safety. So were my parents staying far away from me. Since it was a weekend along with serial vacations due to some festivals, all the means of transportation were full. Therefore, I had to pay the fare thrice the usual fair. Just like a cherry on the top of a cake, i did not have sufficient money in my account (I trusted #paytm you see...)
Thanks to my trusted friends in my native, who immediately transferred a sufficient sum of money to my account to make sure that I reached my home safely, irrespective of the cost incurred.
So, Dear #paytm, what should I do? Or,
My dear users of #paytm, what should i do?
How would anyone feel if their daughter/son is stranded in a far away place in a situation which I had to face all because of my trust in #paytm (as #paytm flaunts their logo as "seal of trust - #paytm - we care).
Now, dear #paytm, the seal of trust, for me, is broken.

PS: May be the safety of women in India is compromised due to such fraudulent services extended by such online platforms.
