I have done recharge through paytm of amount 350/- on 13 Nov 2015 but amount not received in tata sky account ( Subscriber Id *******816).

They are doing fraud with customers. I just want to suggest all people please don't use this (paytm) for any reason like shopping, recharge etc they just deduct amount but not deliver.

Do not trust these guys they are FRAUDS and CHEATS. They write some false promises in the website, say something else and never do anything. No quality of service at all. Please do not waste your time, money and energy in transacting and calling and following up with them. It will never give you any result. They do not follow any rules/processes for faster delivery and quality service, but strictly follow the refund policy. Please do shopping with them at your own risk, I have already alerted you guys, now its your choice, Do not get into their trap by getting attracted to their false offers. You are the best judge.

Paytm is real scam for seller. The company offer hugh discount and then sell your product and with in no time you can see there are more then 25% return request for which they keep blocking the money. And on 40 to 50 follow up you will not get your money.

I have started second time with paytm for the promises they made but this is again like timtara.com which was big scam and looted public money.

Paytm will also die with in no time surely big scam for seller and buyer keep safe be away from them

I booked 4 tickets from Goa to Bangalore on 27/09/2015.The bus got cancelled and I had to board another. After so many reminders through mail, I got the refund only for 2 tickets and for remaining 2 tickets(order no.*******500), they r telling bus was not cancelled. How is that possible for same bus. They dont even see the mail of customers.The worst part is, you can't call to customer care executive to share ur concern.So b ready for Consumer court Forum, and executives who handled my mails gonna suffer most.

Hi Frnds, don't trust the Paytm. I did recharge 195rs on 11-Oct-2015 in paytm site. Order No is *******196, Rechare was unsuccess but amount deducted from my account, at the same day i raised 2 tickets & i called to customer care center my balance is deducted but no one is pick up the call, after 2 days amount added in paytm wallet. And again i did recharge 195rs in paytm site on 21-Oct-2015, now also iam facing the same issue. Frnds dont trust the paytm.
Even one star is also waste for this site.

This is santosh, taken toy for my son on 6-oct-2015, product delivered on 14-oct-2015, return product applied on 15-oct-2015 product details: Toyhouse Radio Remote Control 1:24 Hummer H2 SUV RC Scale Model Car Black of cost 637 after discount and they charged 99 rs for delivery.
I received the product with defect so next day i applied for return policy. Paytm simply given status as return approved. From next day onwards i. E. 16-oct-2015 delhivery a company to pick up my product.
Issue is daily i am getting message from delhivery company saying that "Customer phone not Reachable", daily i am making call(+91 *******500) to delhivery company and raising complaint. Even i requested them to give me local branch land line number or pickup boy number so that i guide him to pick my product. Still now(19th oct 2015 no one responded).
Please don't take any product from paytm its a fraud company.
Mistakes will happen with every company but paytm is a such company will not look into customer issue.

Stay away from paytm. They try to pass on factory second goods and new ones.If you demand refund god help you. I ordered a google nexus tab. It turned out to be faulty with lots of issues with the camera. When I tried to return the product and kept asking me for its where abouts. Finally after following up for over a week, they refunded 80% of the price I had paid, and put the rest in their paytm wallet forcefully. They have an option on their site for me to withdraw the money. But it does not work! And even if it did, they say they will retain 4% of it. For what?

Their customer care is a joke. For every query they send a one line in a standard template saying with bland statements that "it can't be refunded".

Awful company, awful sellers and awful customer care.
