PayTM has a irritated bunch of customer service folks who are not ready to answer your quriy. I had order for an electronic item and that was delayed indefinitely even after the promised delivery date by PayTM. You can track your order directly on Xpressbees and they said due to a technical problem they could not deliver. PayTM customer service is even worst he said that you give me 48 hours to solve your case or cancel your order. This is the worst service that I have had from any ecommerce portal.

I am writing this after tried calling "24*7" customer care number(never existed). Write mail to *******@paytm.com and finding a simple solution TO HOW CAN I CHANGE MY BLOCKED PHONE NUMBER TO NEW ONE after providing every single details still getting NADA.

How can I enter an OTP from my blocked phone number which is NOT WORKING morons.

Hope I find a solution here.

Details my email is same as old my registered mobile number is blocked and when I entered my details system asking me otp which is blocked so unable to enter otp to go further to change/edit my details.

Guys I would request you not to use this PayTM app because it gives error multiple time after entering otp. For which multiple times my balance got deducted and when I say them to refund me they tell that according to their policy they can't refund money if the recharge is successful. I got the balance deduction and recharge SMS after 20mins so I never knew that recharge got successful till tthen, I simply lost my money which is really waste. Don't ever try to recharge once again once you get any error, I would rather suggest you guys to use different apps or online recharge.

I have done 3 transactions and had all the 3 bad experience with PayTm. No doubt they give some cashback to your wallet, which you can use for further purchase or for recharge. But their customer service is very poor.

I had ordered for a key chain and a SD card on 25th November, both got assigned to different vendors. The probable delivery dates were 2nd December and 3rd December, both are working days, so I preferred to give office address. But SD card got delivered on 28th, which is a non-working day and the key chain on 30th which I had planned as for holiday.

Both the delivery guys insisted me to come and collect it from my office address on the specified days, they were not ready to hold it till I come back to office on a working day. When I highlighted on the probable delivery date which was shown to me, they were not ready to listen, instead forced me to go all the way to office and collect.

Now recharge, I did recharge of MTS and TATA SKY. Even after a week of recharge through PayTM, where the status is shown as success, my respective accounts are not updated with the balance.

WORST IS, THEY DON'T HAVE A CUSTOMER CARE CENTER WHICH IS MANNED. ONLY THE VOICE BASED ASSISTANCE IS GIVEN, WHICH NEVER ADDRESSED MY QUERY.

NEVER GO TO PAYTM

This is one of the worst online shopping site. I use to wonder how come paytm sells the products at such a low cost, i have ordered a quite a number of products later i found out that most of them are either faulty and refurbished if product works it works other wise it wont, you should be lucky enough for it. More over customer care is so pathetic first of all they dont understand your problem and their replies are as if they are doing favors on us. when ever a product is ordered they take long time to deliver almost 2 to 3 weeks some times months in few cases they may even cancel the product at last moment and refunded is made to paytm cash which you cannot transfer to ur bank account unless you end up spending some additional charges. This is how paytm is blocking peoples money...

After having quite a long bad experiences with paytm services i have decided to stop using it and i also request people not to shop on paytm. Its better you spend a bit more but go for the best, finally its your hard earned money.

Come to the rating i don't want to give paytm even a single star but stay way please...
