Worst service

Plz dont waste money and time friends these guys are not worth it even i have wasted almost a month with them for just one hard drive final after 20 days 50 calls and paying for the same three times finaly i got the product and now from past 10 days i am wasting my time with there customer care no where the guys are sitting who cant even read a mail in english and wasting customers time i am calling them from past 10 days for the cash back and everytime getting a promise that it will be credited in 24 to 48 hours but dont know how long is there 48 hours so would like to request u all my friends dont waste your time and money

Made easy life

I had ordered a iphone 6 from paytm and i recived a stone in place of it and its been a month without a resolution for it. Paytm guys provide worst services and are very slow. Never buy anyting from paytm.

I tried to recharge Rs. 120 for my Idea mobile from PAYTM site. But in PAYTM the Status was shown as PAYMENT FAILED. But i had been deducted amount from my credit card for the same.

Status: Payment Failed.

CITI Credit Card::

But now all my order history has been completely erased from PAYTM site. I have been sending mails to PAYTM customer care regarding this issue., But no response. Even tried to call the CC number. But no response. Could anybody please help to get my money back.

I have used the services of Paytm in India since a very long time. Earlier, to recharge my cellphones and later for a seamless, competitive priced online experience. I have used the site to order food, pizzas, shop for clothes, cellphone, mobile accessories & even purchased a Treadmill. Their Wallet system & Cashback is unique & adds a lots of value to the shopping experience. I would strongly recommend Paytm for their services!

Paytm has revolutionized online shopping experience in India. I stay in USA and use paytm for shopping for my family. It has been great experience for me. I place order almost every week and so far have not faced any problem. Whatever issues I have faced regarding my refund and wallet has been resolved by the customer care very efficiently and promptly. The service of paytm is at par with Snapdeal and both rocks. However, cashback option in paytm is unbeatable. Some of the areas where paytm need to focus:
- live chat option at front end with the representative
- video clipping on the product (if possible)
- mentioning "warranty" details more explicitly in the product description
- use of international credit cards to fill up the wallet / shop
- multiple delivery options - pricing as per delivery date - faster the higher rate
Thanks team paytm for making online shopping convenient and affordable.

I booked a hotel through the paytm site they sent me a sms and email confirmation.
When I reach the hotel to my utter surprise humiliation the hotel says they do not have my reservation.

The paytm call centre is not reachable.

The hotel does not know whom and where to reach paytm

After an hour someone calls to say that the hotel is overbooked and they trying for last 1.30hrs to get me a booking somewhere.

Very very pathetic service

Had to write to them for my charge reversal

Cheater

Its nothing more than a cheater. I purchased HTC desire 820S, and paytm had given me waaranty but HTC service center refused paytm warranty, but when i talked with paytm they even did not response me. Please trust me don't ever go with paytm. Its fraud, cheater.

After 15 days from placing order they say order is returned ( without delivery) and half refund is approved. So during offer season don't go for PayTM otherwise you will miss better option at amazon or flipkart. Also cant talk to executive, no direct no. And nobody listen to you and no body calls back.

I have ordered an A. C. of panasonic brand and done advance payment of 33K. Paytm first confirmed that it will deliver the product within 9 day. After waiting for 6 day paytm sent a message that they are not able to ship the order and your payment will get refunded... they kept 33K for 10 days without any compensation... still waiting for refund. Posted query on paytm... no reply from paytm till now.

I would not prefer paytm for any of the product.
If you can't handle everything then why are you taking orders.

Paytm is the worst service ever i seen.
I ordered one item so ordered accepted buy paytm and then after 8 day at the delivery day they cancle the item without my permission and say to me that your refunded will be in 48 hours... And say that item was not available it was too bad please dont use paytm ever

Thank god i came to this page. I had ordered my phone but cancelled it as soon as i read the reviews. Guys if you want best resolution of your problem directly use twitter and tweet to paytmcare you will get a response within minutes from them.

Don't buy anything from PayTM:
1. If you cancel the order, they won't refund 100%. But in reality they deduct 4% as processing fees.
2. Customer care service is Pathetic. Was trying numerous time today to get in touch with them but they kept me on hold for all these hours. You need to be very lucky, if you want to speak to customer care. I have sent email and they supposed to reply me in 24 hrs, but still am awaiting.

Choose Amazon or Flipkart they have a very good service.

Reasons to NOT to buy anything expensive from PayTM:
1. In case you cancel the order, they won't refund 100%. If you ask customer care guy, he will say 100% refund, but in practice they deduct 4% as processing fees.
2. Customer care service is Pathetic. You need to be very lucky, if you want to speak to customer care. Otherwise, you can send email, and they will replay in 24hrs.
3. You cannot see product reviews. You can only see, seller review and how many people bought it.

Go For Amazon or Flipkart. You can trust them.

Paytm is utter waste

We have ordered one t shirt for our friends birthday. But they have given some wrong product, then we returned it and ordered again, Boom Wong Product! Again and again.
4 Times we have faced this problem.

Worst service ever. And there customer care number does not even have an option to talk to some representative person.

A month ago I bought a boot(AG footwear) through paytm. And just after 1 month the sole of the boot has been cracked.

SO the quality of product was too inferior, total waste of money and time.

Do not TRUST Paytm.

I don't trust Paytm, they have delivered a second hand mobile as a brand new one. The customer care and support is very bad.
Here is my experience.

I have purchased one micromax mobile through paytm from ICE tree collection in July, 2015.

I got some problem with that mobile recently, so went to nearest Micromax care, there I got surprised to know that the IMEI of the mobile which I'm using has been activated in November, 2014 i. E almost 9 months before the purchase of the mobile, since its been more than one year of activation of IMEI micromax care said that the mobile
Is not covered under warranty, but it is only five(5) months from date of purchase.

I contacted paytm, they requested some letter from micromax care and images of invoice and mobile. I have sent all what they requested they took 3-4 days time and replied that I need to contact the seller and asked me to refer the invoice for seller details.
When I refered the seller details on invoice, I found one address referring delhi and one contact number. As it will take more time for going to delhi or sending complaint letter to delhi, I telephoned to the contact number, to my surprise it is Paytm's customer care number.

Isn't it the responsibility of Paytm to check the vendors/sellers before displaying their products online through paytm website?

For sometime lets think that unfortunately the seller/vendor which paytm trusted has cheated the customer

When the customer who has been cheated by seller contacts paytm, isn't it the responsibility of paytm to give proper customer support and see the issue got resolved and never reoccur.

How can I trust Paytm when I have been delivered an second hand mobile as brand new one and there is no proper customer support.
