I have bought a TV LG40lf6300@*******. They have mentioned 12% cashback on the site but have not provided the promocode. So i have tried applying other codes but in vain. I have moved forward and purchased the product and asked the customer care about the cash back. They said it will be updated in 7 days as i bought on EMI mode. Now after 7 days they came back and are telling me that i wont get the cash back as i have not applied the promo code. I have sent them the screen shots of the offer and screen shot where i could not apply the promo code but of no use. There is no response. Really frustating and awful!

Please don't buy any products from paytm which is $#*!ting and $#*!ing and cheating.
I bought a new iphone 6 s plus and it was mentioned like 8000 cash back and after the mobile got delivered my cash back of 8000 was shown in my account.
All of sudden my order history and cash back disappeared from account and now this $#*!ing people say that i have not brought any phone.
Thank god atleast my phone got delivered and after i show my statement of my order on my bak history, they have blocked my email id and when i email them delivery failed.
This is real $#*! and i have will sue those $#*!ing guys.
Paytm only gives worst product. I have ordered an aircooler and the delivery is not yet done even after week delay of promised delivery date. No customer care to help also.
Dont book a Bus tickets through Paytm,
If service is cancelled due to bus breakdown, they wont refunded the money and you have to followup to paytm support team (calling *******123) they wont pick up the call you will be on hold for long time... if they respond you are Lucky... wah wah what a support Team they having...
Use less. There is no facility for change travel date...
What a frustrating service by Paytm, these careless ppl can't survive any longer in the market by disobeying to the delivery deadlines. I have called paytm almost 10+time to get the delivery today anyhow but your customer executive including their floor manager (Ankur) can not even assure customer of getting the delivery on time. I have wasted complete day for getting this sorted today anyhow but Paytm as always have ruined everything. I have talked with Ankur from Customer Service Executive in the morning and that shameless guy had said nothing about delivery promise but just given me fake promise, now I can realize it. If Paytm work like this and if Paytm dissatisfy the customers like this, they wont be able to survive in this market. Your service has NO influence in the market, ppl are just using Paytm only for the sake of cash back offers and nothing else. But now there are many options in the market which can give cash back so relying on Paytm is of no use now and as I mentioned to CSE that 'I will make sure atleast 10 ppl wont be using Paytm from now onwards, its going to happen'. This mobile was for gifting to my mom as she had her birthday and Paytm made me down today even after placing the order 15+days ago. Grow up paytm and stop taking money from financiers & investors for offering cashback to customers but improve customer experiences if you want to survive in the challenging market. I will make sure to market this review and this story by the social media and customer forums.
Being an Indian e-commerce firm, Paytm is initiated to support the shopping experience of every individual, but now the company has forgot its main objective and has not let other Indian ecommerce platforms to help customer in buying online, especially Indian companies due to their internal policies. For your clear understanding, they are against the ecommerce portal, which signifies the traditional Hindu culture and sells stuff like pooja items or any other divine products. This clearly explains that they are against Hinduism with an intension of just enhancing western culture by supporting just the big giants like flipkart, amazon, etc.
An Anti-Hindu system of network functioning in the country makes all of us wonder if they are really Indian behind the curtains or if they are being funded by a foreign country? It seems very likely because this kind of Anti-Hindu-Policy is not new at all. The very survival of Hinduism has been threatened. If this is the case, it wont take much time for those who dont support Hindus to wipe out the entire country of them.
Product delivery takes around ~3 weeks, customer service only responds with template emails. Terrible service.

I have received a defective item and instead of replacement the $#*!ing $#*!s were asking asking me to get it rectified from the store, I made a purchase from PAYTM not from the store, so its better to improve your services if you want business from INDIANS.
If you register and recharge pre paid no for 500 rs.
The amount will be deducted from your account and ur phone will not be recharged. And the order id will also get generated. Most shocking is that you cant speak to a customer care center nor you can write to them as the order id is not generated.

Hi, im very much satisfied with paytm, slow delivery but its good. Most of the things in my home i purchased and recharge through paytm only, only one electronic product was worst but i raised return request they accept it and refund my amount but they didnt get back the product.
