I have booked bus ticket. The bus didn't come and tried to contact paytm customer care number so in result of this I missed my bus. And have to suffer whole night waiting for the bus and tried 100 of times to contact paytm bus customer care but didn't got any reply. Now it complete almost 2 months and they are just giving pathetic replies in place of given my refund. Paytm service is disgusting. Never use paytm fir anything. Other sites have much better than paytm. Please never book bus ticket from paytm

Hi do any purchase on paytm but please do not look for movie tickets on Paytm it has just started as they have no payment gateway if you are a paytm user and you have paytm cash avaiable as soon as you select your seats your cash shall debited and tickets will be done. Without going to a payment gateway & even without giving you a chance to understand what has happened... Hottible experince & no customer care available.

ORDER # *******456: On 25th April i have booked the product (Symphony Storm 70i 70 L Tower Air Cooler With Remote) from paytm site, after a very long time i got my product delivered on Wednesday 4th May 2016, When i open the box found my product physically damage, i called upi to the customer care and reported the same, they promised to replace the product but they have set an condition that i have to courier them back the porduct spending my pocket money, this is seriously not acceptable i have spent RS 16,586 for this product and now they are asking me to courier them back spending my own money, i have escalated this to the concerns but till now i havnt get any response from paytm team for the pick up of my product and refund of my money. This was the first experience with the paytm but hencforth will never ever use this site and not even suggest any of my family members or friends. ONE OF THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER IN INDIA. THIS SITE IS FAKING CUSTOMERS IN INDIA AND LOOTING THEIR MONEY. I WANT REFUND IN NEXT 3 BUSINESS DAYS OR ELSE WILL BE MOVING TO CONSUMER FORUM AND WILL LET WHOLE WORD TO SEE THIS KIND OF SERVICE OF YOURS - UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER

Bought an ipod from paytm, product not working within 2 months. Trying to get the product replaced as it is under warranty. These guys gave me an invoice without any serial number. Have been waiting since the last 3 weeks to get the correct invoice so that my product can be replaced, Always get a response saying it will be resolved positively within 24-48 hours. $#*!tiest e-commerce website to buy products from. No value for our hard earned money.

I had done the bill payment via paytm, i got message that transaction got cancelled and i have paid full amount in cash, i am following all of there executive, either varun or gaurav, all the time they have same answer that this will be refunded within 24-48 hours, this mail i am getting from last 2 months and still they haven't resolve the issue,
Now even they don't bother to reply such a idiotic staff it seems they have recruited 10 pass people who are just to copy and paste mail and reply same to everybody, don't use this you may get benefit out of it but once if your transaction got failed all of your money will be gone and you won't get it back.

I ordered an item from paytm and coz of delayed delivery canceled the order. But the item was shipped so paytm asked me not to accept the delivey whenever the product reaches. Same day i wrote a mail to paytm for keeping the item so they said no problem you can keep it. Inspite of all the above events paytm credited the cash back in my wallet for the return of product though the product was not actually returned. And now after 10-15 days they are calling for the payment of the product otherwise delivery boy will suffer the consequences. Crediting cash back is paytm's responsibility as the they deal with the customer grievances but paytm is imposing their fault on the delivery boy.

This is 5th time i am facing problem with paytm jean i bought doest have any price tag or brand tag(levis) and its seem to be defective or used. I have complient about this but no response from customer service...
