I am very disappoint with paytm team... yesterday I was very fed up with your team... I booked 1 ticket by paytm from pune to Mumbai. It's my very biggest mistake in my life... I called paytm team before 1 day travel and ask the driver number and bus no. For get the bus easily but they tell me we will sent you by msg but it's not happen. Again I called and they pik my call after 10 min hold and again I got the same ans. Then after the day of travel my bus was on 10 a.m. and I don't know from when I will get my bus... I went to airport which was my boarding point I reached there by 8 amand I was try to content to the bus operator but I had only 1 no that time and he didn't pik up my call then I again call to the paytm for help again the answer my call after 10 min hold and give me another no. And then again I called the no which provided by paytm and he picked my call and talk to me for 10 min but didn't help at all also I did query 2 times but paytm did not reply. I was running here and there for bus as a mad person and I was very angry on me why I use paytm... totally I called paytm 5 time and called to different no for 6 time but nobody help me that time... I lost my 200 rupee for call and I use cab of rupee 280 to go to my boring point and my mantel harassment done by paytm. So I want my 1000 rupees as reimbursement... and if you can not help me so have to go to consumer court for help...

I HAVE ORDERED AN LED SMART TV 32" AIWA TV VIDE ORDER NO *******190 ON 24 JUL. FIRSTLY ITEM NOT DELIVER ON TIME AFTER A WAIT A DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE AND WRONG PRODUCT DELIVERED TO ME AND I AM COMMUNICATING TO PAYTM ON REGULAR BASIS LAST 7 DAYS BUT PAYTM NOT COME UP.
THE TV IS TOTAL LOCAL AND DAMAGED I HAVE ******* TO PAYTM.
THE WEBSITE AND SERVICE PROVIDED BY PAYTM IS COMPLETELY A WRONG PATH GUIDELINE SERVICE PROVIDER IN E CMMERCE MARKET TOTALLY CUSTOMER ARE DECEIVED...
I AM REQUESTED TO ALL ONLINE CUSTOMERS DO NOT USE PAYTM FOR ON LIME SHOPPING.

My order cancel by seller, this is not my issue, i buy product from your site not from seller.

Now Im tired and decided to clime and go to consumer court.

Bought a hp laptop from paytm which i recieved on monday. They sent me bill and the product with different serial numbers. I called at the customer care no. *******2244 but only machine talks which is of no help. I mailed my problem at paytm.com\care but they didnt give any solution instead decline my request. Where in the world can we get night marish online shopping experience then paytm? I am having the worst online shopping experience ever in my life. I ordered 5 watches on 12th July and all I received was an email that says my payments are done, after a day they confirmed that the order placed is packed and ready to be shipped... Since then they've not shown any professionalism. They said courier will pick and thats the last update for five days, when I quarried they through mail they promised to sent within 24 hours, so waited patiently but after 24 hours nothing was done then I had no option but raise the issue again this time on they sent me a mail that was totally irrelevant to my quarries... Having got no option I sent one more mail hopping they will rectify their mistakes but this time around they've gotten more insensible, in reply they reminded me that there is a cancel options and if I don't they will, and finally the only solution after five days was... wait for 48-72 hours to resolve if not they will start the process of cancelation. Is that a joke? Worst worst worst ever online shopping experience... Never will buy things from Paytm again. Extremely disappointed

I made this order on 29th Jun. As per your committment this produts would reach 4-7th july to me. But still today is 9th July and I don't get this product yet. When I called to delivery courier on 6th July to customer care they told me that I will get my product today(6th July). Now today is 9th July, I called again to cutomer care now they told me that they have some operation issue so they are not able to send product today, they need 48 hours again.

Please find the attached pdf file where I saw that on 5th July products reached to Mumbai Mahim Branch.

Even I trust on paytm from long time, and I used from long time for paid my mobile recharge, mobile bill payments and light bills, as per that trust I booked product and make payment before because of that trust, but you people broken the trust.

I recieved asgard watch from ECOM EXPRESS today. But didnt get my other 3 watches.

I booked 4 watches togather, but still get only single watch and didnt get any response from anyone regarding my watches.

This is not fare that I made payment first and after that you broken your commiment for delivery, and no information about my products and no one can reply me.

I booked three bus tickets, but due to some imergency, I had to cancel. Helpline person told me that 65% money will be deducted, So I lost Rs. 1000/- They r very shrewd people. In rainy season when buses are running 75% empty, they are penalizing passsengers heavily and making a loot. Cant they adopt policy like Indian Railway? One who makes the policy has got the right to revise the same also. But these Paytm wallas are beyond listening. They are just looting the passengers and making money.So think b4 going to Paytm.

I have ordered almost 15 to 16 products and what I have ordered and what I have recieved are completely different... Waste of money purchasing at PAYTM and the few products which I had recieved are costly from outside market.The images which displays on the wall are just to attract us and In real the products which I recieved are of worst. I have ordered adidas sandals for 420 which shows branded in paytm wall and I recieved a duplicate or immitation one.
