Then i return my product then refound also be not given by them even after 8 working days... it is untrustabal site...

Very Bad Service and Cheap customer Care, No Single word for Support. If you want purchase then You can buy on your own responsibility, No Paytm will Not Support after ordering. As i have orden BSA i bike 7 Speed for Men (Order No*******629) and received the Ladies Cycle and after calling on Customer Care, they completely deny for Support, they Directly told to Return Only and no Support about replacing. Means if Boy/Men order his gents cloths then Paytm will deliver Ladies Clothes. Paytm words the-wear it or return... what is this? Paytm cheating to customers.
I purchased a TV, it got delivered after 15 days. And after delivery no one came to install for next 3 days. When I asked this to Paytm they gave me a new number to call for the installation and when i tried that number 3 times it was coming busy. I have made the complain to Paytm not sure when my TV will get installed.
Please dont do online shopping with Paytm try out Flipkart, Aamzon, Snapdeal any thing but paytm. It is onle good for mobile recharge etc.
Attracting Consumers by cheap pricing but Product quality is getting worse now... Ordered almost 6 Products from Paytm During mahabazaar, & had to return 3 products due to bad product quality.
Ordered a Wall Sticker for my son, to surprise him on his Birthday, Waited for 6 days to deliver the same but when received the product disappointed again badly their were no Edging/Cutting on the sticker parts, Now its only a Picture Frame for me... Payment may be having a Quality Assurance team to check the products without delivering to customers. Order No. *******627 Date 31st Aug. Now tell me what to do with it. I know ur answer would be RETURN an easy statement for a company. But tell me how many times should i return products to paytm... Already returned these orders due to bad bad quality of products *******133 (Metal Key chain), *******309 (Set of Pathetic Belts)... Will surely convey my msg to all to not to buy from paytm, as company getting more margins but quality is getting worse & worse.

Paytm is fully fraud site to but online.
I don't blame it blindly. I have the evidence.
I purchased it for 299, They sent me a wrong product. When returning they sent a mail with Rs 99 price.
They dont have voice support. They dont have review comments on their site like flipkart. Because all are bloody cheaters frauds there in paytm. They dont responde to the email also.
Don't Buy anything in Paytm. Because they are Taking our money and don't give the Actual product They Gives Worest product. So Please don't buy and book the tickets what ever it may be in Paytm. Please consider this because already i faced somany troubles with paytm.
Does PAYTM always offer big cash back discounts for iPhones and other expensive items then after the product is bought find some excuse not to pay? This was my experience with PAYTM and it is important that customers are aware that this cashback is a big con to lure customers to buy at seemingly lower prices than other vendors!
Product which ordered in online shows it got delivered, but no one delivers to you or someone in home, address reflects correctly in PAYTM.
No direct contact to talk to customer care to talk on this issue.

Please contact logistics on this and arrange a call with person who delivered this product and where he delivered and to whom he delivered... is seriously my concern.
Totally a worst experience i never faced with any other online retailer for product. Should blame PAYTM on this for acquiring such worst logistics.
And this is not my first purchase in my online, got many products with different logistics with same address mentioned.
No one called me to deliver this product, justification which you provided is ridiculous.
I tried to reach *******244 which is totally IVR.
No direct contact to explain the same on words... Please escalate to next level.

I have recharged to my mobile it shown successfully but, i didn't get any recharge balance, but money is ditected from my account,,, i sent a mail to paytm help line they are not contacted,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, finally i have losed money,,,, don't use this,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, it is not good...
Very poor quality of service and no respond from customer care upon your request. Won't think of using such a app again.
Hi, Recently I have ordered a mobile Phone. Phone is delivered, but Camera quality is not at all good. I have compared My phone with the same phone ordered from other Site. I have raised a ticket as well For the same. One Associate came to my home, but he did not take my phone back & Just cancelled My request. It is really frustating. Worst services. Please Never purchase any thing from Paytm.
I am really disappointed with Paytm. They are giving the worst quality products, I had purchased Phone and Watch from them, both had fault and I returned it. The phone lock button was not working and watch was also not working. When I ask them about this issue they said you can claim warranty from the dealer, which creates a headache to us.
Very bad and worst experience of mine with paytm. I ordered 5-6 things from paytm and all are duplicate. They are selling the duplicate product. One product was puma wallet. After receiving i went to puma showroom for confiring it and i found that it was duplicate. My request to you all dnt believe on paytm. Because i really faced. They are giving the gaurantee seal of origanality and fooling the customers.
Last week i paid the electricity bill via paytm.
They cut the whole amount of bill from my account but didn't pay cause of down surver and promised to refund the amount into my account they didn't refund yet. I've used many time for recharge n data pack the service was always good, jst on that trust i also paid my electricity Bill of Rs. 3,561. N the communication between us is only email in that they only ensuring that we will give u back. This time littrely i gt irritate
Customer care is very poor, they only have mail communication and they don't understand the customers issues simply provide some irrelevant replies. When trying to call on their customer care number(Customer service: *******244) they very cleverly avoid the customer communication by their IVR system. You feel very prompted that finally there will be an option to speak to their paytme representative and make them understand the issue, but ironically it will ask you to send a mail to their support address. When for everything they have a support email, then what's the need for having a customer care number. I am losing hope in them now.
Bahoot bekar service hai... recharge bhi nahi hota puri tarah nd paise bhi vapas nahi aate... bahooooot vahiyat service hai... ise 1000 guna aacha FREECHARGE hai...

I've recently experienced worst issue with paytm after being there long time customer. I got certain amount in paytm wallet and one fine day they automatically dedicated certain amount without even intimating me. They claimed it was a disputed amount charged by Uber. When I enquired for this using there email service, I got almost 5 replies and all were copy pasted. Each email simply asked me to contact uber as it was charge applied from them and they have no idew what was this charge for!
They apply charges on account just by getting notified from there tie ups without getting any information. I am not sure if this is even legal. Customer service is worst and they don't know what they are writing in email, they literally contradict everytime they reply.
Me paytm se 135 ka recharge kr rha tha recharge unsuccessful ho gya but paytm ne 135 rupees wallet m phucha diye. Jb wo rupaye back to bank kiye to wallet m balance 0 kr diya aur account m bhi nhi bheje

Answer: Ans: Use PayTM only for RECHARGE, they fool us with fake discount offer, they just increase price and give extra cashback offer. And give your fake product for sure! Which you'll return soon and get your refund and waste of your time. I suggest you go for Amazon.in and also, I suggest CloudTail seller on Amazon.
