Think twice before purchasing anything from paytm. I have a fcuking experience with these guys. I ordered a woodland shoe of cost RS 5295.
The sole of the shoe is damaged within 16 days. I do not have any doubts in the brand since I am using woodland for past 5 years. Actually I found the damage on 16th day. Yet I was told from the customer supporting team that you are not eligible for returns or replacement since 15 days over. I fcukedup. So it will be good to have a special agreement and policies with them before ordering anything costly. They are not even ready to think from user perspective. Still I do not know one thing, how they can enhance their business without having a good relationship with their users.

Now while tracking online it is showing your order has been cancelled. While I have

When i made call to PAYTM he told Sir we have not cancelled your order. There are

And they are just playing with me nothing respult come out yet in my favor.

PAYTM has cheated to us.
And finally i Have decided to go Consumer Forum.

Highly recommend to every one please do not by any costly product from PAYTM.

I booked an item from Patm but it was not delivered and order cancelled by Paytm. I have contacted Paytm customer care, none of the executives were able to answer that how an item which is out for deliver gets cancelled, inspite of the fact that delivery boy acknowledged that he has understood the location.

It appears item was never shipped. The whole incident can be interpreted in this way.
Paytm has a "promotional" offer of discount on purchase of an item through "promo" code The offer says that on purchase of an article, Rs. X will be credited to your wallet.
You didn't had need to fill paytm wallet but since it was a promotional offer you never mind.
Then after 10 days paytm cancels your item sighting reason as unable to find address. (In these 10 days you waited, put time and effort to follow up with delivery boy and courier company. And might have consumed the promotional amount of Rs. X) Paytm refunds after deducting Rs X and thus increases its sales.

I bought 3 casual trousers of American Bull from Paytm. I had specifically searched three different color trousers and size for all of them was 34. What they sent me were 30,38 and 36 size trousers and all of them were different in color to what I selected. I returned two of them and kept one as I gifted it to one of my friend. I ordered again two trousers hoping that it would have been a miss from Paytm but this time again I got two black color trousers with size 38, however what I ordered was size 36 and two different color trousers.

This is really bad as overall its one month that now since I have ordered trousers and haven't received even one of them
