Totally fraud company they have to test their website and app first and than they have to launch their products. My 5000 rupees are stolen my them and now they are not refunded to me.
I am also suffering from same problem the amount has been debited from my credit card but it will not be credited to my relatives account. I am sending a mail to paytm again & again but there is no one who can guide to me that how can i get my amount back either in my wallet or my credit card
18th of Dec 2016 I have transferred *******/- from paytm but I did not get the amount in my canara bank account. Paytm saying transaction was successful but my bank saying no transaction is belongs to us. I tried so many times with Paytm and canara bank but no use.
I request all of you don't transfer or don't do any transaction on paytm.
If I get the money back within 2 days I will definitely change the comments.
Paytm like apps should be banned
When India started the cash less transaction Paytm started kidding, have tried to recharge Videocon d2h but getting error like http 499, http 503... really think about it not a radiculous service? Why I go for paytm. If this is internal issue what the engineer are doing to fix a small bug...
It's thief company stolen money of customers if u r sending money in account they deducted yr balances but not send to account after that they don't talk to u by mail or call my no.is *******001 and my transaction id is *******529 they r thief bc.

Paytm is a cheater app which is just cheating the people, Bakwas service. Fake site... chor site. I have transferred the amount *******/- through paytm to my relative account, it got deducted from mybank account but it did not got credited to my relative account it has been almost 8 days over and i am continuously requesting the paytm to guide me procedure that how can i get my amount back but did not receive any of the mail or message from paytm side. Paytm is really fraud app which is cheating people. I request to other people dont use Paytm and we aware by the fraud done by paytm. Paytm is chor app. Now will contact to Consumer forum regarding this fraud. PAYTM CHOR HAI... PAYTM CHOR HAI...
They have not given me cashback once and did not deliver my product also

On 14dec at12:3am I had made transaction of rupees 4900 through Paytm but by mistake I entered the last digit of account number wrong. The transaction is successful I coordinate with both bank they are ready to reverse the entry but the thing is they want the confirmation from Paytm that transaction made through Paytm but the biggest fraud Paytm not having any consumer number no contact not email revert.
Now what to do.

Money deducted from account, several complaints registered, several mails dropped, then too not even a single reply the company has made. Highly disappointing. When they need to promote something, they don't let go a single opportunity to irritate customers and when customer seek response, they don't bother. The only thing I would say is uninstall Paytm and save your money.
I send a money from my another paytm no of 3100rs. From paytm wallet to my friend paytm wallet on 26nov 2016 and from my account it's deduct bt still it's showing pending status on my friend wallet. N as well as not providing any help line no also only we can mail regarding our issues and on mail still paytm not even a single time reply to me. So I m very disappoint from this app
I had recharged a mobile. The site showed SYSTEM ERROR without success. Therefore thinking that the transaction is a failure I repeated the process twice over as it showed again ERROR. After sometime i found that all transaction have gone through and money has been debited. I approached customer care by email, they don't have any telephone to call for urgent requirements. The great customer care took 3 complete days to respond with a default cut and paste reply. Further correspondence also yielded the similar response. After recent growth they seem to ignore customers, hence pl avoid this service as ther is nobody to help, when required.
On 26 the of oct 2016 I was send money from my paytm account to my own bank account at SBBJ. However, Money still not credited to my bank account. But in paytm showing success. After third help mail to paytm still i am not getting any satisfactory help from paytm. They just send a default mail to every query on money send/transfer issue. Thank you!
Iam college student, i had 1k paytm cash in my wallet, due to some reason my friend need 600 paytm cash so i send it to him but paytm shows add 200 more to complete payment, after this i seen in my paytm passbook i saw that payment of 600 was pending, after this i send 400 to my friend that transaction was successfully occurred but that 1st transaction is still pending from last 1 week
They steal money from our account like 100 mobile recharge failed but money deducted, 200 tv recharge not done money gone, 1000 bank transfer from paytm app money gone but paytm don't know where it is, No customer care, contact us is help less, forget about your money is error in app or service

3. More time send mail but not resolved issue
4. Always stolen customer Cashback money
5. Product is duplicate & bad quality
6. Customer care services are very-2 poor
7. I am very old customer but i am facing maximum time problem.
