One of worst app to book a ticket in PAYTM. Whenever i booked a ticket some 2 or 3 days before my travel date, i always getting a cancellation of journey from the operator with chilly reasons.
Moreover i'm getting these kind of messages only at the time of travelling some 1 or 2 hrs before.
Dont u know how can the passenger will book a ticket at the last moment moreover its festival time?

I am thinking to buy Macbook air because they are giving ******* back, is it will be wortfull to buy from paytm?

These people dont have a proper customer service and the motto is WE CARE.
How on earth can you help your customers. No one to talk to, tell your problem. I am student and my 3000 rupees is STUCK with PAYTM. And they didnot send me any mails or get any calls.

My name is manjunath I ordered Phillips 1712 rupees trimmer but I received 300 rupees Nova trimmer when I complaint and called somany times but they didn't responded at all, don't believe in paytm for online orders.

Rupee 5000 have been deducted from my bank account. The paytm transaction was cancelled and they didnot refunded my money. I have all proof but they donot respond at all...

Dont use Paytm. Unnecessary deduct money from wallet. And there no call center for our queries.
Please dont use Paytm

My money from mt kotak account has been deducted but my paytm balance is not refilled.

What is the points of sending so many mails when no one is responding?

Worst app. No customer support. My 2000 rs deduct my bank account but didn't receive my paytm wallet. What is the solution. Where I do complaint. Pls I want my money back asap. There is no direct complaint number as well.

This is worst service i am getting trouble my amount paytm wallet to bank. Paytm it showing successful but i am not recieve any money

Two time my balance has been debited form my account but i didn't receive balance in my wallet and not receiving any responses from Paytm customer care. That's world top cheapest company

Paytm show fake offer to attract customer towards their side. 5-6 time i made payment through paytm but I didn't get any refund till now, it's just their marketing method to attract customer so they increase their revenue by showing this fake offer. So, don't go through this app by seing attractive offer their.

Recently I have purchased total 20 item but all item are cheap/footpath quality chaina product. Dont shopping from them

Paytm is the best shoppin app. I didn't find it fraud. Delivery service is very quick and product are of good quality and at lower range..
