WORST SERVICE GIVEN BY PAYTM, THEY HAVE UPDATED WRONG RECHARGE AMOUNT RECEIVED WRONG BENIFIT. SENDING 15 EAMILS - THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO UNDERSTAND THE CUSTOMER ISSUE. CUSTOMER NUMBER VERY VERY WORST..

Its froad company. No customer support i was lossed ma '5225' ruppee on this paytm wallet. And not refund it their history ahows only up to 3 rd jan

Very low quality product are sold on this online sites even you may get better quality product at red light or footpath in less price as compare to paytm. So please never buy anything on this whether how much it look attractive on the site becoze they sell totally different product what they show.

I am unable to login my app from 14th Jan 2017. I hv written them atleast 10times with token no. Generated but they are unable to resolve the issue and now even they hv stopped replying. They are not even refunding my paytm balance.
They are thieves. Modern robbers...

Shipment took 14 days to reach and cancelled by itself and refunded in 8 days, paytm is the worst online shopping site.

Once you buy it from paytm forget to return it bcoz this app dont have return policy. They just mail you and you will never get the response by call. They never return your things which you had bought from paytm. Buy and pay your bills from other app but DONT EVER USE THIS PAYTM APP

It is very difficult to refund if once transaction cancelled.

Once u buy the product if u want to return if in case of damage or any technical issue there is no easy way.

Very bad experience its asking mobile to send the opt and after entering its not accepting it.

I have already registered the mobile no so it should just send the opt so I can very and login. But its showing the error

Return Policy of paytm is really worse, ireturned the product within one day, they picked up the product and after 4days they mailed my request of return has been cancelled.

Paytm collecting shipping charges 300/- for 39/-rs if i purchased 10 above item's, outside in the market it costs 50 rs so waste to purchase in paytm
