I ordered 3 product from paytm, one was Bag order id *******708, one was Fossil watch order id *******771 and last but very costly Iphone 7 of Rs. ******* order id is *******697.

My bag order was cancelled by the seller and Paytm is informed me at last movement after one week when I raised a concern.

My Fossil watch order I got a watch in paytm packaging but the watch was defected the thread stitches on the leather strap was not properly done. So I returned that watch and Paytm took almost 10days of time for return pickup.

Last My Iphone 7 again paytm provided me the defected product, I am not able to hear the voice its too low when I call from Iphone. I am buying brand new Iphone 7 paying ******* amount and getting this defected product.

So I raised a return request on 13th march and after 10days Paytm is saying go the service center and take help from there. Can anyone take the defected phone and roam around the service centers since day 1 itself.

I asked Paytm to take back the product and replace with the new one even then these idiot paytm people giving me excuses.

If not return than they have given the replacement policy so I asked for replacement. But for that they are saying product is not available at seller so we cannnot even replacement.

Is that my responsibility whether the product is available or not. Why paytm is giving such policy onn website if they don't follow.

As per your email dated 17.03.2017 the electricity voucher should be received to the undersigned on competition of 20 days from delivery date and the same period has already completed but still I have not received the electricity voucher of Rs 1200/- on my registered email ID vide order no. *******815 dated 20. 2. 2017 and I have repeatedly follow up with your customer care team via trail complaints but each and every time they told me that the problem will be resolved by the end of the day/24 hours/48 hours and 72 hours and presently I have received a e-mail 22.03.2017 that your complaint has been resolved.

In this connection, it may be stated that still I have not received the electricity voucher of Rs 1200/- on my registered email ID and now it is very critical situation created by Paytm for me and now am feeling totally astonish by the this version of Paytm customer care team.

Hence, you are requested to sort out the matter and send me the promo code if you have already forwarded the promo code than kindly provide the evidence/proof for the same as I still not get the same and status shows that the same code will be forwarded to me after completion of 20 days from order date i. E. is 20.02.2017. Further, I also attaching current order status with this e-mail.

I am having a very terrible experience with paytm they lie and they dont have a proper costumer care helpline, for small orders thi is ok but be very carfull when u order something big they will cheat u and will never deliver what they promise recently i bought optimum nutrition gold standard whey protein suppliment, i paid 1000 rupees more than other sites but coz they had this offer of 2500 cash back and i did as advised, i selected the offer even before paying i cross checked the offer which indictead tht i will get a 2500 cash back i placed the order i got the suppliment but no cash back when i send a email to their support they lied and stated tht i had not selected the order this is the game this cheaters are playing and when ever i send a mail they dont reply so, to all customers please dont fall for their trap and dont use this stupid website, they dont even have aproper customer care department who will solve the query my suggestina is tht dint buy from this website instead gonfor other online platform life flipkart and snapdeal which are more genuine and having a v very good costomercare

Recently i tried purchasing IPhone from PayTm, trust me i had nightmares, these ppl are frauds, cheater and just mere money mongers. They do not have a proper customer service support thier agents do not even reply/read mails properly. I had to cancel an order and just because it was prepaid order, they made this experiance like He** After product being returned to the shipper/ retailer they claimed it to be delivered at my address, they even tried to eat my money by sending a Proof of fake delivery. These are BAD ppl, don't trust them.
Fortunetly I got my money back after this terrible experiance of around 10 days.

My Suggestion:
NEVER EVER BUY FROM PAYTM

Paytm is nothing just the fraud, selling defective products to their loyal customers.
I bought many products from paytm but this time I got the lesson. Please don't buy anything from paytm. They will sell the defective products and will never replace it. I bought a phone (order no *******223 on Jan 8 2017) and it was defective. The phone was overheating when put on charge. I emailed the team for replacement. The very next day again I charged the phone. But when I tried to switch it ON, i wasn't able to do that. I tried contacting and replacing the item. But these fraudsters don't have time even to reply or call me.
The quality of the products and customer service is really bad. I really made a mistake by buying unlimited products from them. I bought around 100 products for me and my family. I will never buy from paytm. Please don't buy it. It's a genuine review.
