Very disappointed customer with the paytm policy,, they allow us to receive money up to one lakh and allowing us to transfer or pay to any othet paytm only *******, so what we do with teh balnce amount we recived in paytm. Ijust called customer care so got funny answer pay ur bills and buy movie tickets and do shopping with balance amount. I took money form my customer to supply goods to them and i have to transfer this to my supllier to get goods now the money is blocked in paytm for other 12 days, so how i use this to other pourpose,, all of you beware of these kind of policy an duse care fully paytm, other wise u r money also wilbe blocked din paytm for weeks, paytm representative came to me to updat emy KYC and offered me now onward u an receive money up to one lakh and not informed me that from taht u can only transfer to othera paytm or bank only ******* thousand very much disappointed with tehse kind of policy,, ther take our money and not allowing use to use for right purpose

Guys, We ordered refrigerator on 15th April as it was mentioned like it will be delivered in next 24 hours But today is 17th and still our Item is not yet delivered.

We discussed and escalated multiple times to Paytm support but they said they want 48 hours time to work on it and after 48 hours also they updated like our product will be delivered in between 21st to 24th April that means 24 hours is equal to 9 Days for paytm.

So kindly never buy anything if you want your product on Time, I'm also attaching images to refer for both paytm Guys n you.

We had used zoom car aap recently on 24th march, 2017 they had to refund the security of Rs. 1500 in my paytm wallet but it has not been transfered yet... I have been contacting the customer care since then nd they dont pic r calls once they did and told us to mail them the info v did but still no action has been taken. If i dont get a reaction on this in next 24 hrs i will take a strict action and see you in the court session and would never use paytm and wont allow any of my known people to use it. I requested for an early delivery on 11'th April and customer care told me that they will deliver this order within next 72 hours. But till now I have not received my order. I even contacted the delivery and asked to give me their office address in my location so that I can collect the order by myself but they aren't even giving me that. I have been calling paytm from last 6 days and I haven't received any help from Paytm as well as the delhivery side. This is very disappointing and I don't expect this kind of service from Paytm.

I have 1900 rupees in my Paytm wallet and I forget my password so try more then five time and when next day I try they block my account temporarily since from March 23,2017 I give them my account statement 100 time but still when ever I call them they ask for statement, they never reply to my email, if any one know how to take care plz let me know, Paytm is now taking money giving silly exquisitely I'm fed up with them I know they not return my money,

I have 6 transaction... and all deducted from my account... and I haven't receive same. It got transfer after paying that guy and I ended in 3000 rupees instead of 500... And paytm says they aren't responsible... than who is... i would recommend banks to start service. Atleast we are confirm 99 percent our monies are safe. Instead trusting a third party vendor... i would request pls stop using. As some time is perfect and sometime is as dumb u can't think. Of. Paytm. Would request get your server replaced by dell or Oracle. For proper service

Reason of my frustration--- yesterday i transaction 2000 at wrong mobile number...
Amount deducted from my wallet account... but showing pending in passbook... I tried to contact the owner of dat wrong number *******644... that isn't even in service...& then i contact paytm care no... the stupid team is saying,,, ur transaction successfully proceeded to the account... my wallet transaction id was *******658... anybody here whuu help me to get my hard cash back

Paytm is worst, evry transaction fails... if i cancel the order also. I did not get any mail that whether the cancelation process started or not. Customer care is not lifting phone. Although the cost cost for not lifting the phone also too much... they dont have responsibility of intimation about anything. My suggestion is please just just intimate the status of money refund process.other wise just lift the phone and say something.or else close the company.
