I have bought a watch from paytm... quality shown at the time of purchase is different from actual... it's worst watch. I have applied for return but they are not acceptin return

I just book my bus ticket on 29 Apr. But bus ticket will cancelled we didn't get refund money till now

Ghanta Service. NO way to contact them invalid numbers on calling, Foolish mail response, Restricted policies.
Highly Disappointed. Will suggest everyone not to indulge in any kind of transition with paytm Once your money stuck thier's no way back to get refund.

Paytm is worst now when again shown true colours by making customer by stopping the send to bank fee. And after making customer started again the fee for send to bank... And dat too 2%... loot hai ye... Better use some other app like free recharge. Make unity. If everyone stop using this app then they have to stop the bank charge fee...

I'm a user of paytm. But 25 days ago my paytm a/c blocked without my knowledge. I didn't get any msg or mail from paytm side. Till today I'm struggling for my a/c update. 5 times I called customer care as well as more than 12 time i mail but no response. My money are stuck.

I hate paytm because no offers or cashback available for old users... what does it mean? It is also offers low quality products and cheat the customers.

I am very satisfied with paytm as i always get my cash back within an hour. I had ordered a beard oil and i was given the expected delivery date on 8th may 2017. Since i had to leave the town little early i had requested a day early to my departure to deliver my product the next day and surprisingly i received that product the next day which was 5 days earlier than the expected date.

I purchased a branded handbag. And paytm delivered a 100/- rs. Handbag instead of 1000/- I requested for return but seller did not respond. Sellers on paytm are crooks. Don't buy anything on paytm

I m not receiving any cashback or any other benefit. For my last 4 transaction. As I m very much disappointed.

I have order Acer laptop Es1 131 but I recieved acer Es1 132 produced also software problem its was damage laptop. I am install windows 7 its was also not working in this laptop. I'm waste my 500 rupees to install. I thought paytm is a good giving service. But its very very bad service... i am unsatisfy with ur paytm service... thank you

I ordered a LED of LG 43LH547A but after a week i received some other model. Even on the bill they mention the model which one i ordered but actually it is 43LH520. When i called them they told it was mistake. Don't know how it is possible.

I have booked One iteam delivered with something other product. When i called to customer care no is not valid. What kind of company this if they cannot give the service properly. Such kind of company should not get license. No response.

I would like to raise a dispute for movie tickets worth 234.48 rs. I booked these tickets on 17 April 2017 with order id *******041. But when I went to movie theatre it was closed due to maintenance. I spoke with person on reception area for refund. He said I need to raise a dispute case with Paytm as I booked tickets through you guys. I will appreciate if you can refund this amount in my paytm wallet.

Last two transactions were paid- debited from donor's accounts but my (receiver's) wallet has not been updated for over 12 hours now. It is an extremely delicate transaction and the customer service personnel aren't picking up my calls. Such lack of professionalism is least expected from Paytm and is Highly disappointing.

The service at its worst is being offered by the Paytm.
They are very to take money from you and don't know how to return it back. Please be careful and don't keep too much money in Paytm. If anybody want to enjoy service at its worst don't forget to use Paytm. Rediculus piece of $#*! service. Third grade items are being sold with pictures showing something and the end customer gets something else.
