Today I tried to book a ticket online on IRCTC.
In last process it turns to payment gate way through PAYTM I paid the amount 940 instead of 920 they have charged 20 extra for payment through PAYTM.

Rather I go on... I received a debit message of 940 by Paytm but I didn't received a e-ticket.

I received a message from IRCTC that your last transaction has been cancelled but still I didn't received my money back from PAYTM.

What the hell is this transaction ID Is**************

I have purchased Micromax LED TV full HD 43 inch and when the packet was delivered we saw that the package was open and they give us second hand tv. When we call on customer care no. Firstly then they pic call after half an hour and when we say to give back my money so they said sorry sir we can't help you and cut the call... Avinash was the employ who said that to me. Please guys don't buy anything from this fraud fraud cheap company... I want to give them minus points...

Hi there is lots of complicated to contact customer care communication for new user as well as current user and if we call him other number (not registered on paytm) they only ask enter your lost phone number.

Worst product delivered to me nd when I wanted to return it they denied it by saying that in return policy the seller has written that this product will not get returned. Worst product with worst stuff nd it was lebeled of 999rs nd they we giving it in 199 I can get better stuff the it, in the market in 50 rs... And when I called the seller he simply cut my phone 3 times... Complete fraud Pls don't shop with paytm as they care more abt sellers thn customers.

The best Power Bank, fully recommend it, I was on vacation at Disney all day and was taking pictures, videos etc, and I always had energy for my phone and I even got to share power for the phones of my brothers.

Some money of mine as been falsely transfered to wrong paytm wallet holder ( amount has been tranfered to wrong account) on 10.06.2017. I need my money refunded. Goen through all IVR's, shooted a mail did all what ever is possible but till now on response from paytm. I need urgent help from paytm to refund my money. Paytm customer care service to the wallet holder is not at all satisfied. This is an Emergency call... Some one do help me for the same...

My lifes worst shopping experience I finally got from Paytm by buying laptop.
I bought HP laptop costing 30,000/- from Paytm on 24 April 2017 (order ID *******325). In one week it got delivered, that is ok. In first day only I found out it is defective piece, its touchpad not working properly and battery too draining in one hour only where as this model gives atleast 4 to 5 hrs of battery life but thats not all, I found out my laptops warranty has already started 7 months back (warranty already started on 10August 2016). Holy $#*!!. They have given me used laptop. This is absolutely fraud case.
I started calling them for return for such fraud case and they simply refused. But still then I agreed for replacement and started hoping for replacement. But now its 3 weeks passed and I still didnt get any reply for replacement instead of calling these guys every two days, they simply says sir it will take 48 hrs, our team is working on it. Thats not all of level of bull$#*!, Paytm also blocked my mobile number, I had to call from different mobile every time. I dont know when these guys will replace my HP laptop. It was my biggest blunder to buy from Paytm. Below are proof (warranty status on HP website and my laptop order invoice)of this Fraud Paytm and that Fraud seller.

I bought a samsung galaxy phone from paytm about a month ago and it was delivered without charger, earphones,
Manual. The phone looked used and even the sticker on the phone was missing. I tried calling their customer care
And they redirected me to their website. After that they asked me to send pictures of the phone, packaging etc.
Then they asked me to send pics of the imei code. That was not clear enough so they asked me to resend
The pics. I was two three days late so they immediately closed the request! Apparently according to them delivering
Anything is fine. Worst shopping experience of my life, paytm sucks bigtime. Avoid like hell.

I had purchased new vivo v5 from paytm and it was delivered on 6th may on the very day i checked and i was unable to charge the battery due to some temperature low of the phone showing message like that. I have sent the complaint to the paytm site and they replied the person will collect the phone and the new phone will be reached u soon. But till today that phone is with me even they didn't message me about my query. When i again tried to call them they are saying go to the service centre and ask for job sheet. How fraud the paytm site is. How can they sit so quite to take my money for the defected phone which is not able to on. I will definitely not going to buy anything from paytm. This site is hoax.

Place order for mobile top up Airtel mobile No: *******215 for Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees One thousand) vide paytm order No: *******926 through paytm account of my son Naveesh Ambro from mobile No: *******317. They have received the sum of Rs. 1,000/- from my bank through the aforesaid paytm order. But have not initiated for the top up of the airtel no, for which they have taken the payment. I tried to contact through the numbers provided in their website. But to my utter dismay the following numbers are not functional- *******770, *******0197 and +91 44 *******. Seems paytm is a company created for cheating the public, otherwise they would not have given an array of false numbers. I have given the payment for a specific purpose for which they have agreed, but you have not given me the said service after taking money from my account. I am to state here that I have logged into their account and made the payment on the sole belief that Paytm is a reputed firm, but now I clearly understand that they are a run by night company created only to cheat the customers, otherwise they would have given the real contact numbers in the website. This company paytm is truly a rogue company with no proper customer care or anything and in my opinion concerned authorities should intervene and look into their function and that I clearly believe that paytm can be termed as a company formed to loot money both from customers and investors. Here in my case I tried to contact them by all ways and means. Even the email Id provided in their website is not functional. Email sent has bounced back. It is my strong opinion to all people that don't loose your hard earned money by dealing with paytm.
