This site is really pathetic. It's good for mobile bill payment and stuff like this. But never/ever go to this site to purchase anything.

First of all they will not dispatch your product in first 4-5 days. Later they will say they are cancelling the order because of some un-avoidable reason(without mentioning the actual reason)

Later they don't bother at all about customer's plan if they wanted to gift that product to someone. They feel sorry again and again but don't mean it at all.

Worst e-commerce site

This PAYTM f*kers made me fool. I ordered for Sony XS-N*******, ORDER NO. *******844, date: 13 Aug'15. After a long waiting of nearly 20 days I was made fool by sending some crap'XS – FB1630' which is cheaper then wt I ordered. After receiving the package I was pissed-off and call the customer care those stupids simple saying raise an returned request and order another pic.

You might be feeling this is an fare offer. But f*king twist is once cancel the order the amount will be deliver to paytm wallet and cant transferable to bank.

If think to reorder the same now the price 3500 where as in Snapdeel and other are offering it for 2600.

Dear finds pls dont fall for the discount price drama, PAYTM is a big cheater they manipulate the orders. Thats why they dont offer reviews for there products.

I bought a htc desire 526 on 7th aug 2015 from PAYTM ONLINE, i got a camera problem SHOWS BLACK DOTS IN THE PICS, in the handset in hardly a thirteen days when i went to the htc service centre they deny me for the warranty on that product they said its a online buy product so we cant gave the warranty when i was approached to paytm they said go again & get written thing from them for not given warranty, the service centre people told me call to customer care. These things going around with me frm last one week but no exchange no warranty from paytm either htc, so its my suggestion all(india). Pls do not buy online electronics products these companies are fake & their warranty manufacturer are not ready to gave warranty on their products. I made a order from PAYTM (ORDER NO. *******604) on 16th july, i waited for almost a month in a hope that i will receive the product, even i keep on tracking the safexpress courier on daily basis waybill: *******, and one day i receive the mail from paytm that item is delivered, i crosschecked the same with courier they said the package is lost, but paytm is not listening to me, they are claiming that product is delivered without showing any proof to me. This is straight away a case of cheat and fraud from paytm. Even they are not giving me any compensation and refund for the same. I lost 1130 INR on this. Please do not use this service as its a waste.

The most horrible first time experience with Paytm. I tried to recharge my TATA Sky connection & paid 5170. Since then it is over 12 hours & there is no update from Paytm to Tatasky that money has been transferred.
I will never ever use Paytm again. This is porbably the worst service experience from Paytm amonst all online ecom companies.

I have purchased shoes thru paytm, since it was to big for me i requested for reverse picup, but Delivery boys will never call or wait for you more than 5 mins, if you contact them after 5 mins they will not respond, and they will consider has a cancelled reverse picup, since one month im tried them but atlast one delivery boy called me and said he has come for reverse picup, i told him it will take 25 to 30 mins to meet him since i was in meeting he said he cant wait and disconnected the call, so please guyz avoid shopping thru Paytm, you not only lose money but peace of your life also..
