This is in reference to our Order Number *******162 for 4 Eveready LED Tubelights 20 W.

This product we have received is completely defective as only yesterday we have called electrician to install all 4 tubelights and three of them are not working and for the fourth one, the light is flickering.

The Paytm App is not allowing return of the product.It was delivered on 5th October 2017 to us. I would like to bring to your note sir, that we have been a regular buyer from Paytm with over Rs ******* per month of shopping. And as a part of justice, I request you that this defective product be returned immediately. We are dependent on electrician for installation of the electrical items and the period of just 7 days is not justified for return.

All the tublights are defective means the supplier either did it intentionally or THE EVEREADY BRAND IS VERY BAD. IN ANY CASE YOUR FAST REVERT IS REQUESTED. ALSO THIS PRODUCT IS IN TWO YEAR WARRANTY GET THE PRODUCT REPLACED FAST PLEASE.

As a genuine buyer, we duly expect Paytm to resolve this issue to the soonest.

I ordered 2pcs Crown Design Rhinestone Embellished 5.5 Size White Wedding Rings for Women From Damai Impex and 3pcs Leaf Open Design Alloy Rings for Ladies with order number # *******885 on 24 September. Till today 18 October I did not received the product. They sent the courier through Gati International and don't what they have done to the product. I am going to log an FIR against Gati & Paytm both and will send them a legal notice as well. I happy that they gave me chance to take a legal action. I will ask for a very high compensation and they will suffer this time

Worst company I have ever seen and m damn sure one day this company will be in big problem they have robbed my 1700/- rupees which my customer had transferred and not ready to help me in reverting back, customer care executive are the rudest staff I have ever talked to... they don't we even bother to ask u ur problem and cut the call they to after trying so many numbers... come on be professional... one day u will suffer for it sure n m surely going to go in consumer Court if I don't get money in my account seriously

I purchased a mens wallet from paytm, due to inside damage of the wallet, I have returned the wallet, I got refund also, but with in a hour they have deducted that amount from my paytm wallet, many time I tried to contact them, but it is always comes engage, I message also many times, but I got reply that I have spent that money somewhere else, still not result, being regular customer, it was very bad experience with paytm, they have eaten my money... My paytm no. *******803.

I have seen 6.5 & 8 litres washing machine. So i haven't checked the difference between this 2 i. E rate difference.
They said that there is a paytm offer so i have sent the money at a time through paytm Next day i have called the management
I have asked for 8 litres washing machine for change my product to 8 litres washing machine. The product is not received
When i have asked for exchange it is still with them. But they have refused to exchange. Is it the right way to deal with

Since i do not remember the password, i am trying to reset my account password. But now the only way to reset password is by calling the customer care number *******388. But i have been trying and the customer care number is always engaged. I have been trying to reach out *******@paytm.com but got a automatic reply that any issues sent to that mail id are not monitored any more. It would have been very comfortable if Paytm also would provide the option to reset the password through a password recovery email.

I had ordered iphone 6 for my mom as her birthday gift a while though I got the dilvery. The iphone was a refurbished phone with the seal broken. I was so embarrassed by it. I had then requested them for a replacement but they ignored my messages, mail. There customer care no. Does not work I have waited for like half an hour but no answer from them. This is a complete disappointment. I just wanna say that paytm mall is not to be trusted and no one should buy from them

From last 8 days I am continually sending the mail and all msg but there is no any reply from your company, what is these going on man is thses $#*! srry for abuse but please understand my feeling, i have been contact to customer care of Motorola they told that they are not providing the service to Motorola what's the $#*! man, please don't do that sir, And please reply mi I am waiting from 8 days.
Please replace the mobile that you have given to me is in 10 days replacement policy please sir, the sim slot is not working please provide the tracking ID of my new mobile in emergency case please solve the issue please it's humble request.and your help line no.
