It's hell app not user friendly and not helpful to me and my money has been blocked not able to change the password also

The worst company to work with. No proper guideline given to employee how to do and when to do what. The biggest issue is employees have no personal life and neither their claims are processed at the right tym. They do their work to complete their target in unethical way.

I am always happy with the service but I have an issues with the product quality, recently I purchased 3 saari and the material they mentioned it was not the same. Even there is no option to complaint about the product to the seller. I am facing the quality of the product on Paytm.

Pay tm is not honesty my order no is *******142 and ammount is 730 but this is not refund my wallet and not my account.

Paytm services is very bad and poor. Because after delivery of product paytm has no responsibilities.

I purchase Sparx black sendal from paytm. It will be delivered damaged than I want to return this item but paytm will be canceled return request.

I have purchased Lenovo mobile through PAYTM on 18th August. Which is found manufacturing defective phone. In duel sims, second sim slot is not working. I have requested immediately paytm to replace the phone. Today after 6 days paytm has not taken any initiative to replace it.It is very difficult to contact customer care officer of paytm. It is very difficult to deal with PAYTM.

9th Aug I order Small item that product is really not working very bad I tried to call costmare care but that edeat put me 40 minutes an que then all so I don't get that beggar pls don't by any thing with paytm it's west off money pls share it all your friends

Paytm is following return policy.
It is cheating customers by making error in the website so that the customer can not give the return request.

Never try to make a transaction for rail Tickets on this bull $#*! Gateway. They have some bloody reasons for fail transaction and refund. Money doesn't get rejected in the wallet. They some times say your money will be refund to your account and it doesn't shoe in the bank. Where is the money gone.

I bought some personal items from paytm, I paid more for the item, but whn I Rcvd it, the MRP was less, after I complained they r not giving the actual MRP price also, plz check every item MRP, whn u rcve from paytm

Please dont buy any product in Paytm. I buyed Ritz Wall Clockand the warranty period is just 1 week. Excatly after 1 week, the wall clock stopped working and when I raised request they says that it does not come under warranty period. Request you not to buy any product which is having the warranty period of 1 week.

I ordered one rechargeable flameless cigarette lighter order no #*******922 and today I got the shipment which contains one PLASTIC OK STAND FOR SMARTPHONES. I have lodged a complain no ******* but still not sure what will happen. My previous experience was similar. The product quality is extremely poor.
So I suggest all buyers to stay away from this fake mall which is better to called a cheating house.
