Great way to safely and painlessly send and receive money. I use paypal multiple times a week and have never had an issue.
I actually really like PayPal. I use it whenever possible to make online purchases and I have so far always have good experiences. I recently did not receive an item that I ordered and I filed a dispute and escalated it to a claim. I called and emailed them throughout the course of the dispute and was always met with a friendly, helpful and most importantly English-speaking person on the other end of the line. It never sounds like they're reading from those cue-cards, either. One time I called and waited on hold for 25 minutes, which I think is a little bit ridiculous, but aside from that my calls are always handled quickly and professionally. I've never had issues transferring funds to my bank account either.
Paypal can freeze any account whenever their system chooses to. THEY FROZE OUR ACCOUNT FOR BUYING TWO TOWELS FOR OUR BATHROOM AND THEY WON'T GIVE US BACK OUR BALANCE.
No more eBay because of paypal. No wonder amazon does so much better than eBay and Amaxons stock is mire than 5 times as much. Anything linked to Paypal is a mess.

I had my paypal account with no problems. Then I ordered some towels for my bathroom from eBay and my account got frozen. Calling paypal was of no help, they couldn't even understand why it froze except to tell me sometimes it happens. Now they have my $107 balance and I have nothing! Paypal is the worst online payment site. They are really terrible to customers!
Everybody on the internet knows that paypal is a bunch of pigs. They'll ban you for no reason, freeze your account for no reason, and they pride themselves over protecting customers. No protection, period.

I have never had any problem with my Paypal account. I use it often, mostly on e-bay. Besides there is still so many other options where you can use it. It is safe method for payments and I know that many companies use this method as a option when you want to buy their products.

I love Paypal. It's just so convenient for me and my customers. As a freelancer, it's the easiest way to get paid. I wish the charges were a little lower, but I can live with it for the convenience.
I had some site suck me into buying a teeth whitener, long story but I paid $50 thru paypal (I was one of the first users of those frauds) and they sent me a tiny little container probably a fraction of an ounce. Paypal refused to defend so I cancelled my account with them. It was a few years ago and since, they confirmed that their place is at the bottom of the business ethics scale. I am referring to their blockade of wikileaks. Government suckups. There are quite a few alternative sites that are not corrupted. I suggest switching over.
They are holding my balance and won't give it back to me. I've demanded it and the chick on the phone laughed like it was funny.

Ive been using Paypal for several years now and I am happy with its online services. However what stops me from giving it four stars is its true that if there are problems and you must call and speak with a representative they often don't know much and answer your question with the exact same response as is what's on there website. Its fine if that answer helps but for anything more involved its very frustrating.
They give horribleservice and then when their system freezes your account, they hold onto your money. I am going through a nightmare with them. This is a big warning, keep away from paypal unless you like to be mistreated and have them hold onto your money and refuse to give it back when it doesn't belong to them.
Easiest and safest way to pay, with excellent insurance against fraud. Anyone who uses the internet to buy and sell I highly recomend paypal!
Omg, paypal is as bad as it gets! They freeze people's account and then refuse to give them back their money when a customer demands their money. Paypal is so terrible!
Be warned - paypal closes their customers accounts and keeps their balance. It happened to us and calling them didn't get us anywhere. Paypal treated us like we were nothing. Stay away from paypal.

I bought a stereo for my car on eBay which saved me a few bucks. Paypal FREEZES my account! I called them thinking that it was a mistake, not even! They pretty much laughed thinking it was somehow funny, and this was a manager if all people.
Theeven worse part is that I had over $200 in my paypal because we recently sold our old laptop on eBay. Now they get to keep that money. DO NOT TRUST PAYPAL. I repeat, do not trust them!
Paypal somehow thinks that it's okay to just freeze your account and nit return your funds. They should be closed down. The manager was totally insulting too.
Close your paypal account before they close it first and don't give you back your money even though you demand it.
