Not happy at all and will seek counsel for a hard inquiry placed on my account the extension of credit and then canceling the account inside 24 hours. I sent in my state i.d. I've never scammed or have any record also fantastic credit. I don't appreciate the hard inquiry. Sounds like a class action because I'm not the only consumer this exact scenario happened too. This company needs to learn you can't damage consumers with your dysfunctional business practices. Your corporate problems are NOT the consumers problems. Then you can't even contact a person to discuss it. Please steer clear of this company!
Purchased a pair of sneakers from DSW, an online shoe retailer, paying with PayPal.
A few hours later I received an email from PayPal informing me that I have been charged a second time for the same purchase. PayPal charged my account without my authorization!
Called DSW, they admitted the error and promised to remove the second charge. That didn't happen.
Opened a dispute through PayPal and PayPal denied my case! Unbelievable!

I have a PayPal account and it is absolutely the worst money app I have ever used. If you get too much money they give you like 10% to use and hold the rest for 21days if you just get more than normal they hold it 21 days. And even if the money isn't on hold and let's say you update your phone number or make the slightest change on your account you won't be able to spend any funds or transfer any funds until their computer decides it's ok for you to do it. And even if they know it's you the computer won't let them override it to release your funds z. So I had money sent to PayPal for a bill I had to pay it was over the amount I normally receive so they held it. I got it release to my balance but guess what it's being held hostage because I updated my phone number Still no access to my money. The bill was my storage bill and my unit was up for auction the next morning if. Not paid. Guess what. Because I updated and that's it updated my number my money was still being held hostage and my storage was auctioned off I lost all of my belongings because uPayPal's computer says not allowed the phone number is new. So Iost all my belongings.and the money is still being held hostage right now. Be careful don't update and give them correct info because they don't tell you if you change anything your funds will be locked up till whenever the computer says it's ok. Any reason they can find your money is going on hold for 21days horrible horrible app I would not ever recommend it to anyone only one star because it wouldn't let me go further intil I gave at least one it doesn't deserve that
If I could give them ZERO STARS, I would. I've had a PayPal account since 2007. I use it fairly regularly to make purchases online and send money to my children. In early August I sent one of my children $20 via PayPal and the very next time I logged in I had a bold message stating that my PayPal account was now permanently limited and I was no longer able to make any transactions. I contacted them thinking maybe my account had been hacked at which time they informed me no, that was not the case and they were not giving me any further explanations but that my account was permanently Limited. And by limited I mean not able to use it for anything. They further informed me that I was not allowed to delete any of my banking information from their site and that any funds that I had in my PayPal account would be refunded to me after 180 days. I'm not doing anything illegal with my account nor am I purchasing anything illegal in any way shape or form however they've chosen to limit me completely and then tell me that I can't delete my banking information. What kind of hokey bologna is that?! Although knowing now that is the way they run business, I wouldn't want to do business with them. But it's unacceptable that they're going to tell me I can't delete my bank information. Which means now I need to change all of it. I need to change all of my credit cards and my bank account info because of this supposed trustworthy company. After doing a lot of research, I find this is fairly regular practice for them. And that is quite sad and disgusting
Received payment from customer. Pay pal immediately took their fee, which is higher that credit card processing and has put a 21 day hold on the payment. The payment was for materials. Now I can't but the materials. Will delete pay pay as soon as they release funds. This is outrageous!
Doesn't answer questions, customer service is rude, doesn't respect its customers enough to provide the reason for withholding payments. It's unbelievable to receive a payment from a client you have received payments from before, and have Paypal to not only suddenly refuse to let the payment make through but refuse to give any explanation for this. Just a "Sorry, this is just how it is." I switched to only wire transfers and deleted Paypal. Do not recommend Paypal to anyone and will never use it again. I regret ever opening an account.
I just purchased something and then PayPal said the payment was being delayed but they could not tell me anything, people on the phone were totally creepy. I called several times and the last time the lady said "we can see you've been calling several times" and I said "good maybe they will get on the ball and fix this problem". She replied "oh but maybe they'll get annoyed and delay things now on purpose" WHAT? At that point I called the merchant asked them to cancel my order and paid for it again using a real payment method, by bank card. Wholly cow who the ---- do they think they are? I cancelled by account and my PayPal credit account which was THE WORST bunch of no brain people I have ever encountered. Their accountants are totally fog brained. Good bye to this headache!
Paypal are crimmanals making big money on others like amazon one thing is diffrent they dont have to give your money back and will not. I lost thousands of dollars becauise of the phillipine affrica the uk communitys and why would an American even thinlk about using an offshore bunch of thieves the overseas community act and talk like they are better than you and all they are are to me nothings. Im wishing them all to die and have painfull experiances on the way down. I was told a charge had been placed against my account for $533.00 from "IKEA." I did not buy anything from that store and have never used PayPal for that kind of money. At that point I had not used PayPal for four months. I filed a complaint and was told I "didn't have anything to worry about." Well they approved the transaction telling me that it "is consistent with your PayPal transaction history." A complete lie. There is nothing in my transaction history about this charge. I never received an order confirmation from PayPal. I do not have a receipt or even a transaction number. Do NOT use PayPal. I have closed my account and will never EVER recommend those thieves.
I was hacked several months ago. The hacker attached his bank account to my PayPal account. I have asked PayPal to remove this bank account from my id but they refuse to do it. Instead, they want me to send them a copy of MY bank account statement. I refuse to do that and they refuse to help me. The customer service representative I spoke with (Maia) did not pay attention to anything I said. She just kept asking for my bank account number and refused to delete the hacker's account. I won't use PayPal anymore. I don't trust them to be secure.
Pay Pal works great until you have a problem. They will side with scammers and you as an individual have no recourse. Awful company.
Someone hacked my account and did transfer in EUROS and luckily i was able to stop it through my financial institution but they want to recover it back horrible

I was refunded by a supplier however when I checked my credit card the aunt was not presented to my credit card.I emailed and received a response attached below and went to the Bank and presented the below. The Bank CBA was puzzled by the attached instructions and called head office for advise. It appears that the CBA does not have a process for such a transaction and now Im back trying to resolve this.I know tat BetterMe has refunded the amount and I can see the refund in my Paypal Account, but it has not been processed as it does NOT appear in my CBA Credit Card Account as refunded.
The same person stole twice,in tow days and instead of stopping him the refund the first payment and the second payment the charged me,when I called paypal center the payment was in the middle of processing, I asked them to not approve it,the told me it must past and only than they will pay me back the stolen money, they didn't. I will definitely will never use their service again
Yesterday, Paypal sent money out of my bank account to someone I do not know, nor did I approve, originate the transaction. When I filed a report, their response was "this was not an unathorized transaction. Case Closed." That is not an answer. They stole my money.
Customer service is ignorant! Repeats themselves over and over "sir please add a savings or checking account" ( already did that 6 times with 3 different cards). Paypal is holding the money paid by our client for 21 days. After 21 days they put it in a paypal account they created for me so when I want to have the money into my bank account I would need to manually transfer it with a wait time of 3 to 5 days or can transfer it instantly for $9.00 fee. They already charged us 5% for the payment made by the client. Before the above transaction Paypal automatically transfer any payment made after 21 days hold.
Long story short I used them to buy items over seas since it's famous for having issue. Got my product but it was defective, everyone agreed including the seller. But they wanted me to pay over what I paid to buy the item to ship it back. And resulted in them telling me I was just screwed. Don't trust them just get a good credit card, they don't pull this bull.

I bought an item that was totally wrong, advertised as "handmade, hand quilted, made of brushed Kona cotton", picture was beautiful with wonderful quilting and vibrant colors and I was buying from a company from Texas. I received an item from Texas, not handmade, not hand quilted, not vibrant colors, not brushed cotton and it was just a picture printed on cheap polyester/nylon fabric. Hideous. I paid $99.90. Company first offered to refund $30, nope, still way too expensive for a cheap quilt that I wouldn't even use for my pets. Then said if I return the "quilt" to China at my expense they would refund the money. Cost to return? $70. Paypal agreed with this company, denied my claim and I'm sitting here with something I would feel cheated if I paid $10. Paypal is not the company it once was. Use your credit card as that company will have your back. Looking to see what a better option is than Paypal. 20 year customer and I'm done. I do not think anyone actually reads our messages to Paypal.

Answer: USPS delievered it to the wrong address my pacakge was supposed to be delievered too 35710 Bay Morgan Ln, Fallbrook, CA 92028 when USPS delivered it to an address simillar to this one 12354 Alcatal Street (do not know the exact address since they did not email me, but you can call USPS and ask, and that is how I found out) Fallbrook, CA 92028, right city and zip code, far away address.
