I've been a PayPal user for many years and try to use PayPal for all my purchases. You know your purchase is covered and your payment information is kept safe. If for some reason you do have an issue their customer support team is super friendly and ready to help. No matter the issue they have your back so you can shop with confidence that you won't fall victim to an internet scam.
Be careful sending money internationally to people who don't have a PayPal account. I did it before without a hitch. This time, my friend could not open a PayPal account and did not access the money. Even though the money was not received, it was kept and not refunded me. I wonder how many others have been ripped off in this manner. Thankfully only a double-digit loss, but it's the principle of the matter.
They handle accounts poorly. Instead of vetting businesses at the start of opening an account, without personal contact or prior notification, at some point they FREEZE EVERY ACCOUNT as part of their "account review." But they CONTINUE TO COLLECT AND KEEP YOUR MONEY, & treat you like a criminal until you upload your DL & proof that you gave a service or product to several customers. As a psychologist, this practice violates client confidentiality. Some businesses would not be able to handle the sudden loss of income for a week.
Don't do business with ScamPal they will hold your hard earned payments claiming account changes as there excuse good luck getting through to customer service that's a joke still waiting on funds to be released have a hunch they're hiring microtaskers for good reviews you may as well take your money and flush it down the toilet
Their customer service is terrible. My account got locked for no apparent reason and they won't even help, just send links to some not helpful articles. I sent the documents they need for verification they keep on rejecting them and give no reason.

Have been using paypal for years. Never had a problem with a buyer, so I never had to do business with the resolution center. I bought something from a scammer, and I contested the transaction, but paypal wouldn't refund me even though I wanted to show them proofs that I had been frauded. Lost 100$, and very lot of time. Will never use that service again.
Horrible. If there was a widely accepted alternative, I would already have left PayPal. They will never accept my valid phone number. So anything could happen, and no merchant can ever call me. Just terrible. Customer service is robots I think. I explained my problem, and it tried to authorize direct deposits to PayPal! Worst customer service I have ever seen. A record!
I paid $ 45.99 for a pair of float tubes from a website that used Paypal for payment and never received them. I never even got an order confirmation or shipping info from the seller. I tried canceling the order after my unsuccessful attempts at contacting this seller and this was also ignored. The telephone number for this seller was not even a working number. After a couple of days I resorted to Paypal's Buyer Protection Plan. The claim was denied even though I explained everything in the comments section of their dispute form! Several weeks later I still don't have my order and I still have not heard a word from this obviously fraudulent website. And Paypal is still refusing to look at my claim saying that their decisions are final! PayPal does not have Buyer Protection as claimed. I will never use PayPal again. Please save yourself some grief and use a major credit card with actual buyer protection and buy from well known reputable websites.
I ordered a doormat with the phrase "$#*!, don't wear no shoes in my house," in April. The mat took a month and a half to reach my house. In this time, I contacted the seller twice, asking for a refund and was denied. When the mat arrived, I received a BATHMAT instead of a doormat. I had spent $37.99, plus $5.50 in shipping for a lightweight foam mat with no grip on the bottom and a printed image of doormat material with the words I wanted. When I emailed the seller again, I was offered a 40% refund, which I did not accept because I was misled and had no reason to lose out on 60% of my cost.
When I complained to PayPal (during the height of the pandemic, when I was busy with a death in my family) I could not reach anyone by phone. I received an email back a few weeks later stating that they could offer me a partial refund (which was confusing because it listed the full payment amount) and asked if I would accept. I saw this email 5 days after it was sent and by then was told that my 3 day window had closed and that I would no longer receive my money back. I spent days messaging PayPal and speaking with different representatives that all told me different policies, but ultimately, they never refunded any of my money.
I took the matter up with my bank and was still unsuccessful only this time, the paperwork I received showed a falsified message from the seller. It showed that when they offered me a 40% refund, they assured me that the product was 100% identical to what I had ordered. It was NOT an identical product and that was NEVER a part of the messages I received from PayPal OR the seller. I was unsupported and I am displeased.
I set up my Pay Pal account about 12 years ago and NEVER been able to use it. I tried to add a bank card and I got a message saying contact them, but I can't because there's no phone number and their pathetic message system is automated so you can never resolve issues - hence 12 years of trying! I really don't know why it is still operating. I cannot even change my primary address and I moved from it 9 years ago! Disgusting customer service. It has been two weeks since l been to CVS to reload my card. I have my receipt and still can't get my money back or on my card. I have talked to aleast 12 customer service rep and still can't get my money! Do not use Pay Pal sorry $#*! customer service! With a receipt you can't get your money!
I sent 2 crappy pillows back to copper fit in one box they credited me for one and said they never received 2 evidently someone in the company took the other one PayPal took their word over mine They totally SUCK
I placed an order for a power wheels John Deere gator for $52 from China (which I did not realize), using my Paypal account. I waited over a month to get any information on the order. They said that the order had been delivered to my mailbox which made no sense because you cannot fit a power wheels JD gator in my mailbox. The only thing I recieved in the mailbox were 2 masks from China. I put in a complaint to Paypal which took over a month for them to get back to me and they said that my case was rejected and my money would not be reimbursed. Will not be using them again. Cathy
Scammed by Lolicius ordered 2 Garden Kneeler's with tool pouches. What I received from this Chinese company was one little tool bag. So problem is tracking says product was delivered but not what I ordered... needless to say because these companies can provide a tracking number your out your $$$ PayPal closes your case and it's done. They don't follow up with anything you say. I am not the only one so I suggest looking up any reviews when ordering online, and also use any other card other than PayPal. These companies know they will not be held accountable thru' PayPal. I've seen dozens now of people ordering and receiving crap saying the same thing and they are getting away with it thru' PayPal.
I have dealt with PayPal for many years and have never had a problem. It is very upsetting to discover what a fool I've been. They are dealing with companies that use false advertising to sell to people. When you provide picture evidence of such false advertising to PayPal, they do nothing to stop it. They do not care. Yet they tell us how safe it is to use PayPal and how they will fight for your rights. Please inform everyone you know to stop using PayPal and hopefully we can put an end to this deceitful company.
I will upload photos of the pages showing what I bought and what I received. Clearly shows false advertising. But PayPal stood by the company and said I had to pay to return something I never ordered.
I opened a case on June 10th for an item I had purchased in April. The handling of the case was very unprofessionally. Paypal continued to extend the resolution date when I CLEARLY had not received my item. It has been 6 months since the date of my order and 2 months since I opened the case. Paypals actions in my opinion are completely unacceptable. I have no recourse on their decision, I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the mishandling of this case. Paypal should be appalled for such BLATANT disregard for their customers. I can only assume they planned on just continuing to extend the resolution date to suit themselves for months and for years to come...
I've used their "service" for years and never maid a claim. The first time I ever made a claim, it was denied. We ordered two dressers and used PayPal to pay. They never got delivered. The company gave a "proof of delivery" that said it was delivered to our front door. The proof of delivery says that the dressers they delivered weight 1.2 pounds. I'm paralyzed with my chair facing the front door. There was no delivery when they said that they had delivered them. PayPal didn't even investigate. I will NEVER use their "service" again!
No access to customer service, dispute does not work only spins and spins. Messaging does not work only message that messaging does not work. Do not answer phones. Trying to resolve problem is impossible at PayPal. I will delete service once if I can every get resolution to a situation until then they can deal with reviews.
I used PayPal for a transaction that ended up being a scam. I filed a claim and tried contacting costumer service but they weren't answering their phone during regular business hours. I called five times on my lunch break and messaged them through their website. Overall I waited 2 hours for nothing. I received no help from anyone. I proceeded through my own banking account and filed a claim through them as well. I would never recommend PayPal to anyone. If I could rate the app 0 stars I would.

I bought an item that was totally wrong, advertised as "handmade, hand quilted, made of brushed Kona cotton", picture was beautiful with wonderful quilting and vibrant colors and I was buying from a company from Texas. I received an item from Texas, not handmade, not hand quilted, not vibrant colors, not brushed cotton and it was just a picture printed on cheap polyester/nylon fabric. Hideous. I paid $99.90. Company first offered to refund $30, nope, still way too expensive for a cheap quilt that I wouldn't even use for my pets. Then said if I return the "quilt" to China at my expense they would refund the money. Cost to return? $70. Paypal agreed with this company, denied my claim and I'm sitting here with something I would feel cheated if I paid $10. Paypal is not the company it once was. Use your credit card as that company will have your back. Looking to see what a better option is than Paypal. 20 year customer and I'm done. I do not think anyone actually reads our messages to Paypal.

Answer: USPS delievered it to the wrong address my pacakge was supposed to be delievered too 35710 Bay Morgan Ln, Fallbrook, CA 92028 when USPS delivered it to an address simillar to this one 12354 Alcatal Street (do not know the exact address since they did not email me, but you can call USPS and ask, and that is how I found out) Fallbrook, CA 92028, right city and zip code, far away address.
