Recently I got a fraud on PayPal from the customer who paid for online training, received, COMPLETED and opened a case as ITEM NOT RECEIVED. I provided all possible evidence fro detailed buyers logins in each lesson, all software tracking details available on this buyers activities inside the training HOWEVER - PayPal sided with the FRAUD! This is ridiculous. I don't even have a words to describe how ethically low that could be.

Disgrace On Refunds

I purchased an item through PayPal, and on the same day cancelled it as I realised it was incorrect what I ordered, close to £500. Whilst the company was quick to refund. PayPal is holding onto my money stating it takes 3-5 working days, not even a bank takes this long. Which normal man on the street can afford to have such amount held by PayPal. Quick to take the money, slow to return. I won't use PayPal again.

I was defrauded almost $150, reported it to paypal, to which they told me, take it up with your card holder. As they have no interest in getting my money back. Even though the offending party has done this before, paypal admits this, then makes excuses to "restrict" the account of offenders. WTF. I get defrauded and they put "restrictions" on the $#*!s account. GOOD JOB PAYPAL. I can see the cut you got from my stolen money is worth more to you then doing the right thing and stopping criminals from using your site to rip people off.

Never deal with paypal

Paypal works like a scamming company.
They protect scammers and have their special made scammer function " family and friends" used ny scammers only. I got scammed for 5 700 USD Paypal did nothing When I reported. Then I got a death threat from the scammer on Me my son and my wife by the scammer. You could clearly see the email adress of the scammer Who was a customer of paypal. I sent it to paypal, they did absolutely nothing. I also sent them the police report I had Made on the scammer. Paypal did nothing. The most coward and corrupted company I have ever dealth with. The thought of the cowardness of paypal wants Me wanna puke.
DO NEVER EVER deal with this Scam company.

Whoever said Paypal will support you is WRONG! They are doing absolutely nothing to stop a fraudulent seller charging me for something I didn't receive. I lost 2 friends this month. I bought 2 orders from 1-800 flowers $127.08. The first order 1-800-flowers sent something completely different from what I ordered and potentially offensive to the widow. So I cancelled the 2nd order 10 days in advance, not yet sent. I can't get my money back $69.15 for goods and services not received! And Paypal won't help me! I opened a case and Paypal ruled in favor of the seller! I'm not even asking for money back on the order which was wrong and misrepresented (you can't put a photo of a Ferrari up, take the money, and send a VW. This is fraud). I ONLY want to cancel the 2nd order and get my money back. I rarely complain and usually just let it go. I don't think I've ever filed a claim before. Henceforth I am using my credit card who will protect me. Paypal is worthless. I'm giving one star because I use Paypal to send money (like Western Union). But their support is nonexistent. I really don't appreciate this when I have lost 2 friends and should not have to fight greedy corporations, one of which is Paypal.

I got scammed by a seller than was using paypal and they gave him 20 days to respond to my dispute-bottom line they did nothing, basically by do nothing they endorse theft of the users money. Second problem I sold an item for near $400 and the money is sitting there due to "security" who knows what? The refused to link the pay to my bank-too many accounts meaning 1?. I tried my wife`s bank not recognized-each institution has unique routing and account numbers. So I said send me a check at a cost of $1.50 and it goes in a loop. Tried to call Customer Complaints at *******161 from my written complaint and after 30 minutes of an automated recording they said write a letter to customer service which I did previously and got this circle of refusals. So far they have had my money for 10 days and refuse to send the funds in any way to me. Save yourself from the grief I am going through and stay away from the crooks. I donot know how the have a license. Next stop BBB- rating and maybe yet one more complaint will take them to a C rating.

Pay Pal loves to rip off senior citizens! Remember when you weren't sure if a company was legit so you used Pay Pal and they were actually helpful if you had a problem... DON'T USE PAYPAL. Evan AARP warns seniors against this

Aweful customer service

U have been a loyal customer of PayPal since 2015. The biggest reason that I purchased online products through paypal is to protect me against suspicious/untruthful sellers and when I had the unlucky experience of this, PayPal did not have my back. They did FINALLY submit my refund request but I have to pay
return shipping which is... MORE THAN THE FLIPPING PRODUCTS! No point in using PayPal if they serve no purpose!

Set you up to fail

I had 2 orders where I used PayPal. Order 1 was 3 watches. These watches came broken and did not offer all the features they listed. Order 2 I ordered three kitty litters 40 each. I was sent collapsible bowls. I can buy these at the dollar store for 1.00. I was asked to keep the bowls and they would give me back 30.00? Not sure who would be stupid enough to take rhis deal. Let's do the math. 3x 40 = 120.120 -30 =90. 00. 90 bucks for 3 water bowls? When speaking to the agent he recommended that I fo to my bank. Once I did they locked my account? Someone needs to give these guys suck. Thanks for nothing.

Without my authority, without even notifying me nor asking me PayPal took money from my account to "refund" money to my tenants, after they finished the lease. WTF! $5000!
I tried to get my money back, there is nobody who make sense to talk to. So I stopped using them, that was few years ago. They still sending me emails, saying about that I have issue to resolve (since I didn't have all amount on the account, some idiot Paid the full amount, now I owe to PayPal). PayPal! You have issues: you can't just take money, based on that someone told you what they want their money back. Why no one asked me?

Resolution center is a joke. Buyer protection is not real. Customer service is 99% automated messages and you cant get to speak to a real person. I am really surprised that paypal is even legal and authorised to handle peoples money and payments.

I wanted to transfer money from my PayPal account to my bank account. Instead, through xoom, which popped up on the PayPal app as the only way to do this, debited money OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. Their customer service telephone number says no one is available to take my call, but doesn't bother stating what the opening hours are. I say SCAM and stay away.

Two friends of mine used PayPal to lend me rent money nearly 3 weeks ago. PayPal put a hold on half that money. The money was supposed to be released today and but wasn't. I will be evicted in one week if that money isnt released.
PayPal used the fact that I was new even though my friends weren't as the excuse, even after being told what the money was for.
I probably wont use PayPal for my h after this. But even if I do, they will always be the monster who tried to make me homeless on Thanksgiving Weekend.

I am very upset with PayPal how can they just close my case regarding my payment I was trying to get back from this rip off company.

No caring or hard feelings from PAYPAL for they costumers, this is unacceptable and very BAD after 8 years with PayPal I finally felt that this's waste of time and money to have an PAYPAL account right now.

I will let my family and friends know about my experience with PAYPAL.

I have been fighting with these people for year now. Here is what happen. My son bought a x box game for $22. I let him use my credit card. He made his own account. 1 week goes by he received his game. My card was charged $25. Everything was fine. 2 weeks later my credit card gets charge $250 from PayPal. I question my son if he bought anything else he said no.
I looked on his account nothing was charged but the game.
I called PayPal gave them the information and a email of the charges. PayPal said they look into it.
3 weeks go by. I called again. This time PayPal representative tells me i need an account an add the credit card to it. That's only way they can help me. So unfortunately i made an account added same credit card like PayPal representative told me.
2 weeks go by i get charged on my credit card from PayPal another $125
I called again the PayPal representative transfer me to lost prevention. That idiot transfer me back to rep tells me in 3 way with repasentive that i don't have any charges on my account.
Told me it's charge to my son account and he will have to call.
I told PayPal hold on ill put him on phone. I listened to the conversation. My son told them there's nothing charge to his account either.
I then get on said PayPal has allowed someone to hack my card.
PayPal representative and lost prevention said there's nothing they can do. I called my credit card company to report PayPal fraud. Try to recover my money. But since PayPal screw around giving me and my son run around for 4 months.
I was unable to get my money back.
Be careful PayPal allows people to hack their platform and steal credit card information off costumers. Or the repasentives steal your information use your credit cards. Then they screw you for months past the liability to be reimburse...
I would give PayPal negative 5..

They really outdated

My son because of pandemic playing the games. So I bought through paypal the game, and after what they started to charge my account 1-2-4$ per charge. In 4 days I noticed something wrong (already it was 100$). Complaining to paypal, but they didn't even pick up the phone, they busy. I wrote complain and the refuse to do anything. I think they should just leave the business.

I ordered a item from China as a Christmas present and the crap I got wasn't what I ordered. When I opened up a case complaint with PayPal they sided with the company that I could only get a refund after I sent the said crap back at my cost which was going to cost more then the item was worth. These companies know that and are scamming people out of money so either you lose money on their junk or lose it trying to return it. PayPal is facilitating this scam and is not protecting the buyer at all.
