This company is a prime example of America legalizing criminals! This company should be shut down! The agents do not know their job if you're lucky enough to get in contact with a live agent. The app is trash, the customer service is trash, the full handling of money from them is trash! My account was locked for for "security reasons" because apparently doing a $20 transaction is too much money. To make matters worse it's been over a day and the issue still isn't fixed.
And their cust serv people have no clue or ability to help. All they do is walk you through the things you've already tried and then recommend you wait 48 hours and try again. When that doesn't work and you get fed up they call you a liar and incompetent for being unable to follow their stupid instructions. There is no escalations team for dealing with issues at a higher level, and the people who work in cust serv don't even have access to accounts.
They stole over $1000 from me.
You sent my new card to an old address, when my new address was updated in your system already. If you can't provide human customer service for these issues I will change to another provider. FIX IT!

They will intercept your money you send to anyone and keep it for however long they want to. And then lie to you about why it they still have it.
Not only can you not reach anyone when there is an issue but when you finally do, you get hung up on. I have been a customer with PayPal for along time and still not able to access my funds they are holding onto. I called several times, was on hold for over hours then get hung up on. I then email them and get a generic email back. The same email is sent to me each time. I them message them and get someone who says how may I help you. Once I ask them what it is I am asking, they disappear. I even went to there Facebook page to see if I have better luck. Well no luck. Why is PayPal going down hill so bad. What has happened to this company?
Cut off after waiting over 45 minutes for phone representative. Messaging is ridiculous as there is constant miscommunications.

This is the best way to do redemptions. I don't like having to choose just one retailer. So I send all my earnings to PayPal and buy wherever I want!

Do NOT use PayPal. I used PayPal credit to purchase some items which turned out to give me an all over body rash. The seller refused to return my communication or refund me despite having sent the items back and confirmed receipt of the items, so I contacted PayPal and filed a dispute. 6 months and endless hours trying to communicate with them later and my dispute was denied for no apparent reason. It's disgusting they don't take care of their customers, they almost always side with the seller. Plus they charge high fees.
I have been using PayPal for keeping money I receive from my freelance jobs. It's a safe place and whenever I need my money, I just transfer to my bank account and at the same time the money is there! I can also pay some bills using my paypal account. Great experience.
PayPal asked me to return goods to supplier as they were incorrectly supplied.

Goods, sent by registered mail, were not delivered and returned to me.
Then PayPal said it was my fault and found in favour of supplier as I had not returned the goods.

I was erroneously charged by a company without authorization. I am handling the charge on my own and paid the money to PayPal. They aren't crediting the payment for 3-5 days and froze my account including credit cards. The only way to unfreeze is to pay AGAIN and wait foe a refund of the first payment. Hello Venmo and Cashapp. Goodbye PayPal.

WELL THEY HAVE A LONG BLAH BLAH DISCLAIMER THAT NO ONE READS THRU AND AT THE END THEY ASK IF YOU WANT TO DONATE A DOLLAR TO SOME LAME CAUSE AND THEY PREFILL THE CHECK BOX WITH A YES I CONTACTED PAYPAL ABOUT THIS AND REQUESTED THEY REVERSE THIS DONATION AND THEY SAID " TO BAD YOU SHOULD HAVE READ THE ENTIRE SUMMIT PAGE". WELL I AM NOT GOING TO USE PAYPAL FOR THREE MONTHS TO PUNISH THEM FOR THEIR DECEPTIVE PRACTICES. ONE DOLLAR MEANS NOTHING TO ME BUT A PRINCIPLE DOES.

I bought an item that was totally wrong, advertised as "handmade, hand quilted, made of brushed Kona cotton", picture was beautiful with wonderful quilting and vibrant colors and I was buying from a company from Texas. I received an item from Texas, not handmade, not hand quilted, not vibrant colors, not brushed cotton and it was just a picture printed on cheap polyester/nylon fabric. Hideous. I paid $99.90. Company first offered to refund $30, nope, still way too expensive for a cheap quilt that I wouldn't even use for my pets. Then said if I return the "quilt" to China at my expense they would refund the money. Cost to return? $70. Paypal agreed with this company, denied my claim and I'm sitting here with something I would feel cheated if I paid $10. Paypal is not the company it once was. Use your credit card as that company will have your back. Looking to see what a better option is than Paypal. 20 year customer and I'm done. I do not think anyone actually reads our messages to Paypal.
