Our account got hacked back in April 2022. Someone opened up a account and used our last name only, opened a email similar to ours and transferred our money into his account. We notified PP immediately and they have ignored us now for months. Lies after lies and nothing. I see class action suits against them for much more money than our $125.00. FIX THIS PAYPAL! CS sucks!
When you have a transaction and have to wait one month to receive the money because of their stupid regulations, obviously no support is available.

Created a PayPal account that was locked immediately. Never got to use it. No reason given as to why. I called and was passed around to 4 different people, on hold for just under 2 hours to finally find out it was because the bank account I used that is joint account with my husband apparently showed a remaining balance of $17 on his PayPal account. This balance was paid almost a decade ago. My husband is not going to pay them what he has already paid. They won't allow me to just change my bank account to my personal. Every person I spoke to is like a robot just reading a script. Zero compassion or understanding. This is literally the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. How in the world are they still up and running?
Horrible customer service. Won't give the option for a paper check, and when they do you have to PAY THEM to access your own money. Then they want me to link an account which I have zero interest in doing. Garbage customer service. Avoid at all costs, not to mention the BS they just tried to pull by stealing money from people who make comments they don't like!
I fell for a smart scammer that imitated my business and scammed me out of $1350 last month. After sending the money, I immediately realized and called PayPal. They gave me the run-around and held my money while the dispute was open and said that they would not complete the deposit and would send my money back to me. Never happened. They closed the dispute and said that it "looked" like normal behavior for me. I've never sent more than $100 so it was not "normal" for me, AND I told them not to send it. They didn't care about their customer and sided with the scammer. NEVER use PayPal. Don't trust them!

I made and order using my PayPal through there menufy app. My total was 45.38 I am honestly about as mad as a person can get in my opinion this place should be shutdown my food gave me food poisoning and this wasn't ohh I'm gonna call to lie and get my money back My symptoms showed up 48 hrs. After eating the food I had Diarrhea, stomach pain, puking, and was unable to hold food or liquids this started out bad and got better after a few days... When creating a resolution case with paypal they denied my case so then I went to press menufy management for a refund and they said they would look into the matter and never reached back out to me... this is as stupid as can be I just wanted my money back at the end of the day I will no longer use any website associated with menufy and will from now on use my debit card because at least I know USBANK would have chosen to give my money back... Thanks Chopsticks, Menufy, and Paypal for taking my money and feeding me poison...

Scammers in India, in cahoots with at least one eBAy employee in India, got PayPal to send them nearly $2000 as a "money transfer." PayPal opened an account in my name without my authorization or knowledge and used it to take nearly $4000 - twice as much - from my credit card account. When my bank, Citi, reversed the charges, PP objected and insisted that I routinely transferred money using PayPal although I had created no PP account and had never transferred a Cent via PayPal - EVER!. In short, PayPal lied. NEVER TO BE TRUSTED. ONE STAR IS WAY TOO MUCH.
I want to delete my account with a company that sends you chasing your tail when you try to resolve your issue. There is no way of contacting them unless, in Europe at the moment, I wait up until midnight in the HOPE that I am answered quickly! I think it's appalling that they have limited the way of contact to such a narrow window and to one single solution. After 5 years they lock my account. No reason given. A month later I am trying to close my account and they won't let me or give me a reason. Guess I'll contact my attorney and start a lawsuit
As a buyer, despite all the bumf written by Paypal, it offers you ZERO protection, and complaints ALWAYS goes against the filer.
As a seller it is very expensive with a sizable chunk removed for their "fees"

Please don't let Pay pal save your credit card information when you try to purchase any items from Walmart or any other stores. Paypal cost me $250 because they kept asking for verification and I worked hard to send all verification of passport, state identification etc on multiple devises and did it all properly and they still kept asking for verification. I do Freelance work and my Client had already sent me $250 and he has a very good bank account and is wealthy but they would not let me have the money! 10 years ago my Ex ruined my credit but I have been reestablishing it so I don't know if that it is what caused the problem, but finally after three weeks of calling PayPal, sending verification multiple times and them simply saying "try again to turn in your i.d." they sent the $250 back to the Client saying they couldn't verify me. I worked hard, 10 hours on the project for that money... and Paypal returned it back to him! I did not want to go into detail about my financial credit being messed up by my Ex and he was already acting aggravated to figure out another method so I just let him have the money. It was very unprofessional even to have to explain to the Client why PayPal sent the money back, so I had no choice but to drop the matter with the Client. Since it had been ten years, I went to a credit union and they gave me an account but since I have heard others had a hard time with Small Business Accounts and Paypal so I will never use them again. When someone sends money, PayPal should not refuse us to get it unless they have a scam history. I have a perfectly clean record in everything, not even a traffic ticket, except for my Ex ruining my credit... 10... years... ago so PayPal should have given me my money.
After my second fraudulent charge incident I have decided to close my account. I tried on both instances to report the activities while on the site and logged in to my account. It is absolutely impossible to get through to these people. I'm done with PayPal.
I will say I am new to PayPal and the only reason for me to use PayPal was to get paid for work I've done while the people were out of town. So I set up an account because I needed to be paid on a Friday before I leave town myself to see an old friend that had emergency heart surgery.
Little did I know PayPal will put a hold on the funds for 24 to 72 hours since I'm new to PayPal. I Called customer service where I was told of the policy and I explained the reason for the urgency of my funds to be released and the female put me on hold to talk to her manager, she came back and said her manager would allow me to talk to accounting to see if I could get me funds released. She told me to stay on the line and she will transfer me to accounting. Over 5 minutes has passed and I had my phone on speaker and next thing I heard was a click( they hung up)
I called back to hear there's over a 30 to 40 minute wait time Si I refused the call back from them because I already did the 20 to 30 minute call back and to go thought all the questions they need from me.
If I would of known this policy of holding funds for first time accounts I wouldn't of joined PayPal. I spent the money I had on a hotel room for 2 nights totalling over $300 expecting the funds on Friday. Now here it is Saturday night and funds are still on hold and I still can't go see my friend in the hospital. Thanks PayPal accounting for the hang up and now I've lost the $300 in hotel stays, if I would of known about the hold I would of stayed 1 night and had the money to get there and back. Now the people that paid me comes back late tonight so if I have to I will definitely cancel the transaction and take PayPal off my phone and go see my friend on Monday and loosing a day or to of income because of accounting can't answer a phone call

I was very surprised how fast my funds were transferred through PayPal, instant (small fee applied).

I bought an item that was totally wrong, advertised as "handmade, hand quilted, made of brushed Kona cotton", picture was beautiful with wonderful quilting and vibrant colors and I was buying from a company from Texas. I received an item from Texas, not handmade, not hand quilted, not vibrant colors, not brushed cotton and it was just a picture printed on cheap polyester/nylon fabric. Hideous. I paid $99.90. Company first offered to refund $30, nope, still way too expensive for a cheap quilt that I wouldn't even use for my pets. Then said if I return the "quilt" to China at my expense they would refund the money. Cost to return? $70. Paypal agreed with this company, denied my claim and I'm sitting here with something I would feel cheated if I paid $10. Paypal is not the company it once was. Use your credit card as that company will have your back. Looking to see what a better option is than Paypal. 20 year customer and I'm done. I do not think anyone actually reads our messages to Paypal.

Answer: USPS delievered it to the wrong address my pacakge was supposed to be delievered too 35710 Bay Morgan Ln, Fallbrook, CA 92028 when USPS delivered it to an address simillar to this one 12354 Alcatal Street (do not know the exact address since they did not email me, but you can call USPS and ask, and that is how I found out) Fallbrook, CA 92028, right city and zip code, far away address.
