Briefly, two unallowed transactions showed up in my account from someone with an unrecognized name who sent two identical amounts of euros by way of a four-digit Visa card number that didn't belong to me. Everything went downhill from there as far as the help I didn't receive from PayPal. Basically, they did nothing except waste my time. I put Stop Payments on my cards except for AmEx who doesn't do that. Adding insult to injury I haven't been able to remove my AmEx card from my PayPal account. Their software won't let me. And I haven't been able to close my account.
I can't conduct business because of these idiots. There site says there is a problem with my credit card. So I enter a new one and set it as preferred. However when I go to the merchants checkout it goes to paypal and tries to use the old card. So then I try to delete the old card AND IT WON't LET ME DO IT.
Then of course you go to contact us and they ask if you want to use there message system, BUT IT Isn't A LIVE PERSON. They are absolutely horrific.
PayPal is a horrible company that represses free speech in other countries by blocking accounts and being buttholes!
We have been with PayPal for 12 years and it has always been a headache dealing with them. Always a lot of questions about accounts. Now we have alot of sales and the harassment continues. We don't need PayPal or their $30 chargeback fees. Run.
PayPal always side with the scammers no matter how much proof you send them. The work company. They want you to belive that they will protect your purchase but they really don't.
As i work with digital marketing and serve globally so it's mandatory for me to find the best solution. Paypal did the job for me. I can take payments anytime securely, from any country of the world (although Paypal doesn't support in few countries yet). Besides i can buy digital goods easily with the help of paypal. Its supported to all the global platforms which is great. In the same country, transferring money has no fee! Gift card system is also useful sometimes. In a word, i'm in love with Paypal.

This app is by far my favorite Pay App. It is tried and true and has never let me down yet! It could not be easier to use and I think the automatic record keeping that it does, is far superior to any other Pay App out there today! I also enjoy the coupons and promotions that are frequently offered. In addition, they will donate a percentage to my charity of choice, based on my spending. Recently, they've also added a feature to use the app to raise funds for individual causes, in light of needs related to Covid, etc. It truly seems like they care about people and community, which is super important to me personally and professionally.

I received a USD transfer in and it seems to be impossible to get it out without extortionate fees. To any other currency or bank account about 3% of the balance. It's a large amount so this fee is several hundred dollars pretty much for nothing. It seems they have even introduced a 3% fee for a USD domestic transfer to another USD account. Even with traditional banks, such transfers are usually free, not taking 3% of the balance or forcing conversions for another 3%.
I was trying to send money from pay pal to my bank acct and they said it was in review even after I identified everything that I was suppose too. One person told me it would be done by 6pm then the other person told me it would be 24 hours
I just tried to make a payment on the phone to a bot voice. It ignored my answers and said, "let's start over" several times. I finally made a payment which was late because I had not received ANY notifications by mail of payment due. I doubt I will EVER use them for payments again!
Hi I've been dealing with PayPal for years. I've also been dealing with the merchant that I buy and sell merchandise from for more years than I've been dealing with PayPal I would say over 6 years I've been dealing with this Merchant. PayPal has decided to close their account with the money that I paid the merchant for the items I bought which is over 32,000 worth of merchandise. I now have the merchant upset because they can't get their money which now they want me to send their merchandise back to them. I have no problem doing so because in the world of business when you buy merchandise no matter to cause if PayPal is holding the funds for no apparent reason I need to satisfy the merchant that I'm buying merchandise from so that I can continue to buy in the future without dealing with PayPal. PayPal has closed their account for no apparent reason I've used them through PayPal for several months and all of a sudden they want to close this merchant account with 32,000 sitting in it that they can't get. Well now I'm going to send the merchandise back to the merchant and PayPal wants to refund the money to the card that I purchased the merchandise with which I reported to them that the car was stolen last week I also reported that to the police department. Now the problem having with PayPal is they're telling me they're going to send the money back to a stolen card the last night in my possession. I don't know what to do I'm going to contact the lawyer at this point I have not filed a dispute with PayPal yet because their whole time is ridiculous two hours at a time I hope this review reaches someone that does not get put in this situation by PayPal and they can stop and hold and use another service because PayPal is ridiculous right now and their whole times are even more ridiculous 2 hours to hold to talk with a representative is ridiculous. I will give them zero Stars if I could at this point
I set up a new paypal not the long ago. Noticed that at 4 in the morning someone had logged into my account while I was sleeping. They added a new phone number and address and made 3 payments to some random person I have never heard of. I called paypal immediately that morning, reported the incident and raised a dispute of the 3 transactions. Paypal denied my claim! This is crazy. Paypal is NOT SECURE and they do not repay for fraudulent transactions. I ended up having to close my account completely and will not be using paypal EVER again.
We have used PayPal as a payment Option for our small business customers for 8 years. We've literally had millions go thru PayPal with never a problem nor a complaint. We recently advised our customers that we prefer another payment option. Yesterday we found out that PayPal is holding our funds in which we paid them 2.99%. After being on hold for 35 minutes we finally got a live person. We inquired why were funds we usually received in minutes was on hold for 21 business days. We were shocked when we learned that PayPal decided since we were using another preferred payment option for our customers that our company was now considered at risk. In other words PayPal is holding company funds that we paid for (2.99%) and floating hundreds of millions of dollars in their interest bearing account earning millions for PayPal without our knowledge or authorization. It's just a matter of time until someone initiates a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT! Needless to say we notified all our customers that PayPal is no longer a viable payment option.
I have a PayPal account and don't remember the password so when I selected forgot password it asked to send a link to a number I no longer have. I called customer service and she said there's no number or email that I gave her in the system. She said to try as guest and when I tried and started to enter my email it said this account already exists. Venmo is so much easier and less trouble. If I could give less stars than one I would.
They said I would have to wait 180 days to get my money out my account because supposedly I had violated the terms so after waiting 180 days I want to transfer it and they kept my money! I'll just say it's $223. After I used my own money for shipping items. My Old friend used my account once and screwed up everything
Costumer send me money on PayPal and thet put 21 days holiday e on money and when you call to resolve they say it's 2 hour wait and never get to your call so I gave up and waiting for 700 dollars to clear and after that never more using this Giant scam app.
Kind of crappy that my GrubHub account was hacked and charges were authorized through PayPal due to a merchant agreement and when I tell them of the fraudulent charges they refuse to refund when someone ordered 3 different dinners from 3 different restaurants in California and had them set to deliver to 3 different addresses. I live in FL.
Customer service is stupid. I changed my phone number as they wouldn't let me in due to a two factor authorization. I provide them all the identity they need but they continue to lock me out as I can't pay my credit account either. It's honestly stupid as they just lost a paid customer.

I bought an item that was totally wrong, advertised as "handmade, hand quilted, made of brushed Kona cotton", picture was beautiful with wonderful quilting and vibrant colors and I was buying from a company from Texas. I received an item from Texas, not handmade, not hand quilted, not vibrant colors, not brushed cotton and it was just a picture printed on cheap polyester/nylon fabric. Hideous. I paid $99.90. Company first offered to refund $30, nope, still way too expensive for a cheap quilt that I wouldn't even use for my pets. Then said if I return the "quilt" to China at my expense they would refund the money. Cost to return? $70. Paypal agreed with this company, denied my claim and I'm sitting here with something I would feel cheated if I paid $10. Paypal is not the company it once was. Use your credit card as that company will have your back. Looking to see what a better option is than Paypal. 20 year customer and I'm done. I do not think anyone actually reads our messages to Paypal.

Answer: USPS delievered it to the wrong address my pacakge was supposed to be delievered too 35710 Bay Morgan Ln, Fallbrook, CA 92028 when USPS delivered it to an address simillar to this one 12354 Alcatal Street (do not know the exact address since they did not email me, but you can call USPS and ask, and that is how I found out) Fallbrook, CA 92028, right city and zip code, far away address.
