I use to think PayPal was good and trustworthy, but the last couple of times I have found d them to be totally untrustworthy, and really just incapable of dealing with any real issues, they have at both times taken far to long to resolve the problems, and I turn caused me to have excessive amounts of stress, paypal for me is a no no.
Pay Pal have let me down. I was overcharged for an item that was advertised ad $19 AUD but I was charged as $19 USD.
I have sent Pat Pal evidence of this and they are been conpletely irresponsible and they are trying to say that there is no error. I can not believe how negligent Pay Pal is been. I have added an image of my reciept and an image of the advertised item. It is advertised in AUD, although the price has changed from $19.80 AUD to $20.43 AUD

I am writing to express my frustration with the service I have received from PayPal. I have been trying to transfer funds using the "transfer in 1-3 days without fee" option, but the transaction has failed to go through on multiple occasions.
This has caused significant delays and added stress to an already difficult situation. I have followed all of the necessary steps to complete the transfer, including double-checking that all of the information was entered correctly and that the payment method I am using is valid and has sufficient funds.
Despite my efforts, the "transfer in 1-3 days without fee" option has consistently failed to work as advertised. In contrast, the "transfer in minutes" option, which charges a significantly higher fee, has functioned properly with the same payment method.
I am extremely disappointed by this and I expect a higher level of service from your company. I am writing to request immediate assistance in resolving this issue and to request an explanation for why the "transfer in 1-3 days without fee" option is not functioning as it should. I hope that you will take my concerns seriously and work to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
When i use exactly the SAME CARD but "paying fees" that works IMMEDIATELY! That is very suspicious.

My Daughter sent me $1000.00 towards a loan I gave her pay pal claims it was a electronic check. After 6 days they still won't release my money. They claim it's being held up by her bank. It's a E check which means electronic. I could walk to the bank faster. Customer service at pay pal just has the same speech over and over again. If I ever get my MONEY I am going to delete my account, they have use of my money for 6 days' My daughter checked her account the money was removed from her account the next day. This is legal theft. I am going to contact the Banking commission after this post.
One îs zero stars. Paypal is a fraudulent company that participates in scams and treats all customers with utter disrespect, emptying their credit in the same time. I will make more examples with details if needed. ONE post per year and 0 star says it all.

I canceled my account after 20 years of doing business with you. I will NEVER recommend or use Paypal again... in fact, I will tell my story to anyone via reviews of Paypal or in coversations. AMEX would never treat me like you have. It was clear that the scamming company was prepared to give me the $150 refund but you all SCREWED IT UP. The account was frozen and you would not respond to me. You never reached out to me when requested and this is more your fault than the scamming company. All you did was reach out to me to say you spoke to me. Again, Paypal SUCKS!
Thankfully I thought I would try to extend my personal PayPal before using it for my business.After numerous attempts to get restrictions taken off so I could DEPOSIT more than $100, they still existed. They can't even set up an account properly so I was beginning to get concerned about them handling my money period. After trying to get everything corrected for three hours, I gave up. Going to completely close all accounts because I just don't trust them with my money.
Not very impressed thus far. I don't exactly understand what it is this company does?!?! I mean they don't seem to work for their clients who pay their salaries. But whatever im trying to move past that now. But really they don't seem to stick up for their clients at all… which is really disappointing to me..
I went on their website to change my account password and I did but when I went back to the PayPal app and tried to login it still said invalid password so I went back to the website and did it again and again when I tried to login to my account it still doesn't work so what are they there for if they don't even help or fix the problem and it has been over a week now and still nothing has been done or even a response from PayPal

I received a payment for $5000 today on 12-22-2022 on my PayPal For me to be able to buy my 3 kids Their Christmas and to pay bills As soon as the money got in my PayPal balance my account They placed ahold on All of my money I called PayPal and they told me I had to wait 24 hours And my phones would be available After doing so my Funds was made available but had a limitation restriction on my account Now called PayPal again And they advised me I could not withdraw any money or access my money but I could have some more money sent to them And that they would let me know something Monday after Christmas If I will be able to receive my money or if they will hold it For over 200 days I recommend everybody to watch YouTube videos and sign the petition
There are fees for transferring money between friends or when splitting fees. I am removing this garbage app and using Zelle instead. PayPal is a pos!
Was surprised that Paypal could just freeze my money. Even more surprised that Paypal has done this to an enormous number of customers. Then, I learned about Wells Fargo in ZeroHedge yesterday. Reader comments mentioned Paypal as doing similar misdeeds. Many victim stories like mine on $#*!ute Brighteon and other non-censored video sites. Even the untrustworthy-now Trustpilot has 10,000's of victim posts.

I purchased 2 John Mellencamp tickets on 9/30/22 for a show in feb23. The seller said tickets would be sent when they became available. I have not recieved the tickets yet and my credit card was billed 700.92 cent for tickets that have a 125 dollar face value. Cancelation was never honored and paypal dispute was rejected. Contacted bbb complaints and my bank for a refund but have not received one yet. Buyer beware ticket fulfillment service is a scam that is supported by paypal.

Never heard back... an other rep 1 month ago promised to get back with me with the fix and never heard from them... can't get any where on their website, by phone or email... just automated responses.like no one works there any more... getting ready to get the IRS involved and attorney gerenal.

I ordered from two different companies through PayPal and got shafted both times. I have used PayPal in the past and they were excellent. This last time I ordered an item and it was less than 1/4 the size advertised. Only after I escalated this dispute to PayPal did the company respond with an offer for a full refund. I found out today that to put a tracking number on the return cost will be more than the refund I am seeking. I send the first dispute I had with them back to the company without a tracking number and now after 4 months they can't find the returned parcel so I am out almost $150 so sending this one back without the tracking number is not an option. However I have until Dec 17 to respond to this offer for a refund. The the only way I can contact PapPal with an update is with the tracking number and method of return. I called them and I tried emailing them but you can't get past the recording and the help line that is useless. Order from a known box store or from Amazon at least you will have a chance on getting your goods. Stay away from PayPal because if you need assistance outside of the online chat you are S O L.

I bought an item that was totally wrong, advertised as "handmade, hand quilted, made of brushed Kona cotton", picture was beautiful with wonderful quilting and vibrant colors and I was buying from a company from Texas. I received an item from Texas, not handmade, not hand quilted, not vibrant colors, not brushed cotton and it was just a picture printed on cheap polyester/nylon fabric. Hideous. I paid $99.90. Company first offered to refund $30, nope, still way too expensive for a cheap quilt that I wouldn't even use for my pets. Then said if I return the "quilt" to China at my expense they would refund the money. Cost to return? $70. Paypal agreed with this company, denied my claim and I'm sitting here with something I would feel cheated if I paid $10. Paypal is not the company it once was. Use your credit card as that company will have your back. Looking to see what a better option is than Paypal. 20 year customer and I'm done. I do not think anyone actually reads our messages to Paypal.

Answer: USPS delievered it to the wrong address my pacakge was supposed to be delievered too 35710 Bay Morgan Ln, Fallbrook, CA 92028 when USPS delivered it to an address simillar to this one 12354 Alcatal Street (do not know the exact address since they did not email me, but you can call USPS and ask, and that is how I found out) Fallbrook, CA 92028, right city and zip code, far away address.
