I recently created my Payoneer account, but as soon as I tried logging into the mobile app, I received a message saying that my account was blocked. This happened right after account creation, which is incredibly frustrating. I have already reached out to customer support with all the necessary details, but so far, I haven't received any response.

Their front line customer support cannot help to save their lives, whether it's a system access issue or training Idk but they just cannot give answers, you have to be in touch with a manager to be able to get straight answers.
And their delays are exponential.

When we need to confirm store info on Etsy, Etsy asked us to add company tax number through Payonner, but they said, Etsy didn't ask them to make it. It is driving us crazy, it is a small issue, but no one come out and fix it.
Even though it does not have customer care in India, but this customer care is very good, whenever I call, they pick up the call, they are not off even on Sundays
I had some issues with my requested documents not being approved so i called the center and was given first hand instructions on what documents were required and correct format etc to upload
I was very apprecited and got the relevant approvals within a 24hr period
It was efficient, they handled my task with brisk pace and found great solutions.
