The costumer support of this company is a joke. It takes 8 days to answer a simple question when it states it will only take up to 48 hours. The people answering don't even speak French properly as there's a mistake every 3 words. It can't be serious.
Not only, I haven't been able to get my Payoneer's card as they are not helping, but I have almost been treated as an idiot through email by that very same company. Of course, I didn't answer, but sent the copy of those emails to the company I work for.
The company I work for is a preferred costumer of Payoneer. I hope my case will encourage my company to change of payment method's company.

As stated above, i waited 30 mins for a livechat help representative. I then got told after 30 minis my chat had been cancelled with no explanation. Then to add insult to injury i rang their helpline just to wait 20 mins and then be sent to leave a message. As i start leaving a message less than a 20 seconds in, it cuts my dead off!
They claim they need all this info before they can release my funds but we all know well and good that these types of companies are never giving you your money back. All the good ratings on here are done by themselves, dont be fooled.
Absolute joke of a company, also dont like that they are actually in israel and claim they are in new york. Disgusting. Im not even happy to rate these jokers a 1.

This service is lame as hell. I applied for their debit card in February and now it's May and I still haven't received it. They support is just automated messages which solve no issue. Their per year charges are more than what some people make online.

Worst ever experience I faced with Payoneer last week. I couldn't able to receive money from the company I work. When I contacted the customer support, they said that my client's account is inactive. When I asked my client, he said he could pay everyone except me. He couldn't find my account. It has been since 5 days after filing a complaint. Till now no response from Payoneer. They can spit on them for having a worthless customer support. Don't they know to check what's wrong and solve it?

I registered an account a month ago and submitted all required documents for verification, 2 weeks later still no approval. I thought maybe documents were not delivered properly, so I submitted all documents again. A week later still no approval nor sing of life from payoneer.
I decided to to send them an email. Received auto-response:
"Your question has been received. Your inquiry is important to us.
Our staff will contact you within 3 business days."
4 days later still no response. Looks like Payoneer stopped operating... or they're just that bad.
EDIT: Even more negative experiences after account approval.

I've been with payoneer for 5 years and I liked the service until now.
I got my account blocked because I must have mistyped my security answers, my fault, I contacted them they send me an email saying I have to verify again, I sent in my ID and they also asked me for an ID with my face on and a paper with the date which I thought was really ridiculous, anyway I sent it, next day the guy tells me the picture isn't according to their rules and that I need to show my entire face as it was cut off a little, ok I took another picture and sent it again, it's been 5 days, nobody tells me anything, my account remains blocked for 3 weeks now and this is an emergency now, I need to use my account for my daily stuff and pay bills and they're refusing it to me. As soon as this is over I'm done with Payoneer. Reference Number **************.
PS: Forgot to mention already called them twice and went on their chat support as well, both times the support said it wouldn't take more than 24 hours.
PS2: At this time I called them over 5 times already, it's really expensive for me to call a US phone number.
PS3: They now asked for the ID I used 5 years ago, I was sending them my new ID, because I had to renovate. I sent them the old ID and now they're asking for the new ID again on a flat surface, which is what I sent in the first email... It's beyond ridiculous.
Final Edit: It seems that posting here speeded things up and my account was finally unlocked after sending 4 forms of verification, multiple face shots and waiting 3 weeks, I updated my review from 1 to 3 stars, but it's still not okay, I can't imagine going through the same thing again. Their whole support needs to change.

Although this company pretends to be based in New York, it is an israeli company.
And israeli company, means israeli level of service, which is very low from my experience, the main problem being the lack of communication and professionnalism.
AVOID AT ALL COST if you can.
Never leave money on your account and be prepare to lose your funds at any time if you decide to use this company anyway.

I had a very bad experience with Payoneer. Their customer care is really bad, they don't even reply to messages and calls! I contacted them like 5 times and I got a reply after about 2-3 weeks and they never solved my problem or give me useful answers and info about their products and services.

I have been a Payoneer customer for quite some time. I have enjoyed my relationship with them until now. 2 weeks ago, I called Payoner and inquired about having my weekly paycheck deposited on to my Payoneer card. They provided me all the info needed to have my paycheck deposited on to the card through a Bank of America checking account. My employer placed a. 01 test deposit into my account last week. They do this each time we change banks for Direct Deposit to give the bank the chance to reject or question the deposit before an actual paycheck is deposited. Today, Payoner received the deposit but will not give me access to the funds. I have provided them with all the supporting documentation requested including a copy of my pay stubs and a link to my employee's website (they are one of the largest payroll services in the USA). I telephoned their customer support. They agreed that the documentation was in order. Yet my funds are still on hold. I would strongly NOT recommend this company.

Account blocked for no specific reason. I made 3 e-mail tickets to customer support with no answers from them. Chat support is basically inexistent, they have only predefined answers which aren't answering your questions. Phone support is very poor also and it's quite hard to get a free operator.
Please avoid to keep more than a few $ in Payoneer account. It's possible to loose all the $ existing in your account if Payoneer decides to block your account ( obviously with no notification in advance and with no specific reason).
I found another payment processor called Paxum, which seems to be more reliable and their customer support is fabulous comparing to Payoneer.

I've read really horrific stories of people losing a large fund to Payoneer, and after reading the content of a customer service chat. I've gotten enough to draw my own conclusion, and I can't take Payoneer at their word if they treat their customers like $#*! and can't even reply appropriately, incorrect and decent English. Heck typing correctly wasn't a concerned in that conversation, which you should be able to find at the bottom of this page.
So I'm going to try elsewhere, better now than when it's too late and my money is jumping between banks in Poland.

Yesterday i tried to log in in my payoneer account and i got the message that my account has been blocked.In live chat the agent told me that for security reason he can t tell me why they blocked me. After that he just close the chat and nothing else. I guess payoneer deny you the right to replay or to ask further informations. Lost my account, lost my money.

I strongly believe that payonner is just another group of scammers in this present generation. I opened an account with them two months ago and after i got a payment from a client, payonner held up my money and kept on asking me to verify my identity.
Kindly stay away from them if you don't wanna loose your hard earn money cos their customer support wont even be there to help you.

I want to share my bad experience with Payoneer.
About 2 months ago i entered my online account password incorrectly and my account got blocked. I sent all required information, they did not accept my documents, said a copy was unclear. I sent more documents, they still do not accept them. Meanwhile, my passport has expired- passports are issued for 10 years in my country- and now they do not accept a copy of my old passport and a copy of my new passport.
In addition to this, my card was blocked, and they shipped me a new card but i cannot activate it because the account is still locked.
Now, about their customer support. Waiting times in chats are awful- it takes about 30 minutes to get connected to an agent. They transfer my emails back and forth and say it was transferred to security department or some other department. Response time is very poor- my email was not responded for about 48 hours!
I really really need this resolved. Does their security department work at all?

Dears! Let me tell you my wifes experience with Payoneer.
She was receiving her fees as a freelancer in a Payoneer account with a Prepaid Debit Card attached.
In one day, around 3 weeks ago, she tried to withdraw some money at ATM, but the ATM said "card blocked". She comes home and she logged on hers online account to Payoneer website, saw that the account balance was ok (around 6200 $ available) but the message with the card blocked was also there on Payoneer account. She e-mailed to support team with no answer untill today.
Moreover, after a few days, she receives the message "Your account is blocked" when trying to access the online account. Another e-mail to support team with no answer until today (around two weeks ago it was sent).
She tried to obtain information from online chat support. They say only "your account was blocked for undisclosed reasons" and they close her chat session.
Ok, she calls then at the international support number. Finally she was able to speak with an agent more careful and pro-active, but he couldn't manage to answer her to the following questions: Q: "Why is my account blocked?" A: "I see only undisclosed reasons! I don't know to tell you for sure what that means! Please wait for the answer from Support Team on email!" Q: "What happened with my account balance of around 6200$?" A: "I see a zero balance of your account only! Maybe the balance was transferred back to your clients!"
Someone please help me with a Customer Protection Authority from USA which provides help to foreign custormers (we are not americans). We intend to send a letter with all our proofs that we were holding at Payoneer a big amount of money, which seems to be vanished with no trace and no explanation.
