Hice una transferencia que demoro 3 días en llegar y mi banco local me ha rechazado porque no he podido completar algunos campos adicionales que se completan cuando se hace una transferencia SWIFT.
A fin de brindarles una opinión constructiva, creo que deberían mejorar los tiempos de las transferencias (hay competidores de Payoneer cuyas transferencias son casi al instante) y también hacer que el envío tengan una opción de "Mostrar Campos Adicionales y/o Opcionales" para aquellas transferencias que lo ameriten.

When i have open payoneer. I face a lot of problem but i call in support they solved it in 24H. That is very fast. Now i am able make transection. Just earn click and received very simple.
I have not had anything but problems with the platform and adding my bank account or ordering the card even if it is digital. They request the documents for verification which I get but when you submit one and have all the information they are requesting they just decline it and when you call customer care they just say they do not understand why they are not taking it and give bull response as to why it was not accepted like the quality of the document eve though it is a pdf which quality is for online reading. Awful experience wouldn't recommend

Overall my experience with payoneer was a good one. Although the site didn't seem to be working at top efficiency, they explained that the site was under going some type of maintenance issues. So it was explained, and expected.

It is because they are NOT legit and they are a scam!
