In my first attempt to receive a payment through Payoneer, I was asked to submit a large number of documents, which I promptly provided. It took them an unusually long time to approve, but eventually, it was completed, and I was able to receive my first payment.
However, the following month, they blocked my second payment, requesting a copy of my contract with the sender of the funds. My frustration lies in the fact that this requirement wasn't mentioned during the initial verification process. Why wasn't all the necessary documentation requested at once?
It feels like every month brings a new request for additional documents, creating unnecessary delays and complications in accessing my funds. While I fully understand and support the need for verification, the piecemeal approach to requesting documents is extremely frustrating and inefficient. I'm genuinely baffled by this lack of foresight.
When a customer is a victim of fraud in a bank, the bank should block the card and dispute the charge with the merchant.
It is absolutely unacceptable that Payoneer does not follow this procedure. The first agent I spoke to told me to wait for the charge to go through, almost like cooperating with the fraud, and Payoneer won't stand up for the customer when it's stated that the charge was fraudulent, unrecognized and unauthorized. Customers just have to accept to be victims of fraud and Payoneer does not take any measures. This will make Payoneer lose some customers as some of us have our savings here.

I hope other people have told you that before but you guys dont give a damn about your customer's satisfaction. Your focus is just on your 2% fee. I get paid every other friday but my client uses your stupid app to do the money transactions. So I have to wait 6 days to see my money refected in this app. Then to withdraw the money to my local bank acc I have to wait extra 2 days? So total 8 days? Are you kidding me? Its like my salary is not biweekly, its monthly. Just because of your application. Just shut down your company already and do this world a favor
