This card is flagged/rejected as "prepaid card" in car rental places that claim to accept Visa and MasterCard. This is embarrassing and frustrating. Payments take too long to process. It can be complicated, but if u can set up correctly, it's good to have to receive payments from those clients like Airbnb ect.

Recieved good customer service so far. A little hard in the beginning since you can{t really make trasnfers until you reach a certain threshold and for some reason you cannot transfer to certain types of accounts. But overall the card works everywhere and have been using it without a problem.

I called in order to put my pin in my card and the two times i did it, i was attended pretty good in a kind manner.

Not yet done any transaction with this account, so there is nothing i can add about the service. II was opening the wrong account service, when i found out i was setting up the wrong account, i call in and ask for it to be cancel, so could set up the right account.

The guy i spoken to was very courteous. Was very knowledgeable about what he's doing. Great customer service!

My account was under review all the time (since a year ago), but once I called customer service dept. I've an excellent service by Mark who checked with the account approval dept. and assured that account is given a go.
