I've been with Payoneer for over 4 years now. If it wasn't for them, it would be very difficult for me to receive payments from Upwork. You have an option to order a Master Card from them that is linked to your Payoneer balance. Any ATM works for withdrawing money from your card/account. Excellent phone, email and chat support. IT, Security and other departments are also doing a great job. It's very noticeable.

I have been with Payoneer for over four months and I have always received super services each time I call, even at midnight. I find the online navigation user-friendly. The customer reps are pleasant, prompt to answer the phone, polite and knowledgeable. I am able to withdraw funds from any ATM and use Payoneer card everywhere for any transactions. Thank you, Payoneer for making transactions easier for me.

I had an issue with my balance and called them. They got me linked with an agent within 30 seconds of placing the call and resolved all issues within a minute. They also provided information I needed on ordering a new card and helped me understand the various options I have.

Everything was very clear. The clerk was of great help although my phone went out of batteries in the end. All good. I would not hesitate to call any time.

High yearly fees for $ accounts. Not too flexible for the customers. Very few options managing your founds.
