I'm an Australia-based service provider in the tertiary education sector, now branching out into international book sales through Amazon. Selling on multiple marketplaces means I need multiple overseas bank accounts that can receive payments in the non-Aussie currencies Amazon pays in (USD, GBP, EUR, JPY).
I Googled "multiple currency bank services" and a few options came up. Payoneer was one of them but (sadly) I went with one of their big-name competitors. Long frustrating story. Short liberating conclusion: USE PAYONEER! I'll say it again cos you don't want to repeat my experience with the competitor: USE PAYONEER!
Ten minutes ago I finished registering my final Payoneer foreign current account on Amazon, and I now receive Amazon payments in the native currencies of all the Amazon marketplaces I sell through. Brilliant!
And... yeah, let's be fully honest here... there was a glitch with the GBP account. A lot like a glitch I'd had with their big name competitor. The difference is that after a week of wrangling, their competitor told me there was nothing more they could do, and I should just go away and follow the same AI-generated instructions that had caused the problem in the first place. In contrast, PAYONEER jumped straight into action, asked me for specific relevant information about the problem then actioned an exact solution in 24 hours.
I'm so impressed. I wish their service guys were working for my business. Actually, they HAVE been working for my business! I sincerely recommend PAYONEER! Thank you Team!
All along i had received a good banking experience with Payoneer only until the closed my account without a solid reason this was after I had submitted all the required information. To date I don't know why my account was closed and I haven't been able to receive my salary since the account has been closed. WHAT AN unnecessary inconvenience
