Although my english is not perfect neither I am english speaker, the person with whom I talked was very polite however I had some difficultes in understanding her english with her prononciation which was not very understandable enough when talking fast. So I asked the points I did not understand and she managed to speek slowly which is a good point.
Good support and solved my issue quite well. But Payoneer needs to work on in minimizing the response time in Live Chat option. Excessive waiting time there.
